Loved Sarikantang, our stay there was comfortable. We enjoyed a private villa with a big bath. There was not enough hot water to fill it though :) but the villa itself is great, in a mix of a beautiful Thai and modern style.
Location of the hotel is good, it's literally 5mins walk from the main beautiful spacious beach. You can rent a bike right next to the hotel. Hotel's beach is nice but there are lots of stones if you want to enter the water. But you can take a nice walk since the beach line continues through other hotels.

no I would not recommend this so called resort.
1) did not get picked up at the ferry.
2). is not good for anyone who has a disability
3). the pools were dirty
4). there was no hot water for shower
5) the food was not covered from flies
6). no hand rail for high stairs
7). mosquito infestation
8). falling coconuts from trees
9) unsafe walking paths
10). no running water in room

We stayed here initially for three nights but extended another three because we loved it! Really beautiful grounds and set on a lovely beach, two very nice pools with ocean views, and the breakfast was great. We are at the restaurant for dinner one night, and the food was incredible. Excellent staff and service, cannot recommend enough.

sensational what you get here for the price. even if it is a three star hotel, the service is good, the staff friendly and the location directly on the sea fantastic. i do not understand the negative comments here. you are on a tropical island and of course there are mosquitoes and lizards.
stayed on five star hotels on this island before too and it’s exactly the same there. looking forward to come back again. was a wonderful stay and I hope for them that tourism comes back as fast as possible.

Failed to pick up from ferry as arranged. Failed to provide room prepaid for instead down graded and offered massage in an attempt for us to be recompensed for having a tiny room with no running water. Food was uncovered leftovers.
A place where they treat their cats ???? better than their patrons.

Really nice place, feels like being in paradise! The views from the restaurant are breathtaking, and massages are great too! They are very helpfull with costumers. Would 100% recommend.

Clean and comfortable room, the balcony in front of each bungalow is really nice. The beach front is really nice, the trees giving you some shadow over the day. Really calm and relaxing spot on the island. The waves are quiet calm, good for some time with the SUP board you can use for free as a guest.

Restaurant food is also really good. Prices are okay. Recommend!
