Stayed here for two months and it was wonderful.
Fantastic location 3 minute walk to Sairee Beach, and multiple delicious restaurants. Multiple bars adjacent and across the street. There is some noise from music and bikes if you're sleeping facing the busier street, but if you're used to sleeping with some noise it's not bad, and the window shades hide any light.
The staff were all super friendly, happy to talk, and helpful with suggestions about things to do and general navigation around the island. Also they were very helpful with any problems with the room (which were few, but promptly dealt with).
The room was clean (and cleaned daily--which was great for someone who was tracking sand in from the beach!), had AC(which would cool quickly once the keycard was put in place), comfortable bed, and a had a wonderful pressurized hot shower.
All and all, great simple accommodation that convinced me to stay there my entire trip to the island.

We really enjoyed our stay here.
Free shuttle from the pier which we did not expect.
Rooms were basic but nice and clean. AC worked great.
The staff were always very helpful and friendly. Although they did not always understand our accent they tried their best to help.
Breakfast at the attached restaurant was great. 3 options of healthy, English or continental, which all consisted of a pancake and other things like a selection of fruit or bread.
We found the location very good as well. Close to a lot of cheap places to eat that were a little inland and also very close to the beach and bars.

It's a basic hotel. The room was clean and staff were helpful. They also had an affordable laundry service (50 bhat per kilo). Few things they could improve on would be an elevator, as it was tiring to go up the stairs if we had to make multiple trips. Also, a functional and clean iron. They were not consistent with replenishing the supplies like toiletries and water. The kitchen staff was really flexible and helpful though, as they provided us with the complimentary breakfast even though we were delayed a few times as we had to leave early for diving. Overall, a good place with helpful customer service, with few things that can be improved upon.

One of the most comfortable beds and pillows for the price on Koh Tao. Rooms at the back and directly above the reception are quiet and have nice mountain views. However, get ready for some disgusting smells coming from the drains. The whole area of Sairee smells and the sewer system clearly is having some trouble. There isn't much the property can do and if you check other reviews this has been an ongoing issue for years. Breakfast is included but its nothing special.

Personally I wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it.

The air conditioning would bearly work, therefore the room was always way to warm.

There was a really bad smell coming from the grates in the bathroom, that stank the room out. We requested to move to another room and the new room smelled even worse.. Needless to say we changed our hotel the next night.

The only positive was that the staff where really nice

I really should of checked the reviews first, my bad, i was in a rush and the photos looked good.
The smell in the room was disgusting, the breakfast was cold and awful. the staff we're unhelpful. I ordered a iced coffee that tasted like water with a hint of coffee. I will never stay here again. Far too expensive for a below standard hotel.

Nice place, looks good. But water in the shower and sink has metal smell. Not sure of how clean they are. Probably won't stay there next time because of the showers. The rest is fine. Just a bit expensive for a place without a pool and ok rooms. I saw cheaper places for better value near by
