Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms are very nice. Good hot water pressure. Friendly staff. Mattress could be softer and location is close to the main beach but also close to the Koh Tao pub crawl so a bit noisy. I'll give it 5 stars for the room and because bans is eco friendly.

The hotel is really nice and rooms are clean and new. Came with water, coffee, tea and kettle. The 2 star rating is based on the nightly noise and terrible wifi. The noise generally comes from the chopper bar which hosts a 4 night a week pub crawl and live bands. You will need ear plugs and that might not be enough. The wifi is open but requires a login - it will disconnect you every 5 minutes constantly requiring you to login again and again and again. They need to just password protect it to fix the problem for its clients. Beds were alittle hard and slanted to the middle. The location itself is very close to the beach, food, cafes and dive shops. It is ashame about it's short comings as it has so much potential. We didn't use the room cleaning services but we did see them making up rooms everyday (saw some reviews that indicated other wise). I would not recommend this hotel nor would not stay again (we found a nicer place at the same price to extend our stay). If you do stay here request a room not on the street side, might be less noisey.

Its a very basic hotel with a very polite and accommodating receptionist. The rooms are modern and clean for the price you are paying. It's near everything on Sairee and they can book other services and trips for you. If you want a relaxing time don't book here, if you want to party it's awesome.

Loved it! Staff are great, well located for bars, cafes, shops and beach. We ended up staying here for 2 weeks - it was just so clean and comfy and convenient. Would definitely recommend it.

Noisy at night bc it is so close to the bars. But personally that did not bother me. I had a great stay! And for a great price! Will be staying again next time I am in Koh Tao.

Nice location for night light and shopping in sairee-and there’s tons of diving shops nearby! 5-10minutes walk from best sairee beach for swimming but NO problem. New and well maintained basic accommodation and great for the value. It’s little noisy at night and the water from shower doesn’t seem go down well.

Great location. Friendly reception, although had to wait 20 mins for the lady who could check me in to arrive, but that's no big deal. Rooms are pleasantly nice. Great price too.
