What an amazing experience. We loved diving with Isabella and Jake so much that we extended to do the advanced course as did the other 4 divers that we were with!! Can’t recommend highly enough, you feel at ease with both trainers by your side. Never felt uncomfortable and no question was too stupid. The pool bar after each dive for a couple of drinks with everyone was an extra bonus.

Isabella was our lead instructor and has an abundance of knowledge and her method of teaching was informative, to the point, easy to learn and fun. Jake is well on the way to become a dive master and I’m sure he will be there very soon. He provided a ton assistance in training and guided/managed half the team of divers. He was attentive and made sure that we were all safe and having fun. He showed us fun activities, games and sea creatures (he’s always on the look out for them) whether it be around the organic coral reefs (they pick the most clear reefs with less traffic), man made coral reefs or wrecks (we saw a ww2 battleship!). He also provided us with a ton of recommendations for local food and activities on the island which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The staff are also very helpful and accommodated our ever need. Don’t miss out on this place it seems like the go to spot in Koh Tao.

I took the advanced open water diver course and stayed four nights in an orange cottage, and had a wonderful time. Toni and Audrey were very helpful instructors, providing very clear and timely advice both on land and underwater. Our dive locations were very interesting with lots of different corals and fish. And Sairee Cottage kept the course size very small (2 students the first day, 5 students the second day with 2 instructors), so I always felt like I had an instructor’s expert eye on what I was doing, ready to assist if needed. I have recommended Sairee Cottage to other travelers in Thailand and will be happy to come again sometime.

Great stay at Sairee Cottage. Very good diving school where I did my Open Water Diver course. Despite the rainy / windy weather, the 2 instructors and the dive master (all three for only 5 students) made the course really enjoyable. Thank you to Isabelle, Ben and Chloe.
The beach bungalow (purple category) in which we stayed was very good (and rather affordable when combined with the diving). You may hear some distant music but this did not disturb our sleeping one bit.

Def a 3 star but a good one! Pics attached. Pro tip: windows dont seal so its louder. Bring ear plugs. read the booking. The cheaper rooms have no hot water or AC! We accidentally booked it and paid to upgrade when we found out. Right on the ocean with cool lounge areas. Awesome pool vibes, pool bar, attached restaurant, coffee shop, and even dive shop! Restaurant is pretty good and vibes are right!

I waited two years because of COVID and lockdowns to come here to complete my IDC. I can definitely say that it was worth the wait. The facilities offered at Sairee Cottage diving were great. The pool offers great space to practice your diving skills with the professional staff. The classroom is air conditioned and has plenty of seats and is great for learning you dive theory and studying your course materials. The staff at the resort and the dive center are always happy with lots of smiles and they were very supportive.
The dive center also has three great cleaning stations for washing your gear after the pools, which is very good if you bring you own gear. There are two boats used by the center, one small which holds around 20 people and one big which holds more than 50 people.

The Course Director Marcel and his staff are awesome people and will guide you through the divemaster and IDC courses. They really over prepare you and give you plenty of advice and they try to make the IDC course as stress free as possible, which I really appreciated.

The diving staff also tries to organize activities during their off hours for the diving students and guests to join, which really shows that they want you to enjoy your time in Koh Tao.

I can not recommend coming here enough. The price for the courses here are very reasonable and the experience and support you will get here more than worth the modest prices that they charge for their courses.

If you are looking to do your open water course to IDC course, then I highly recommend doing it here. The facility, staff, and price make it worth the trip to Koh Tao.

Definitely THE BEST dive school in Koh Tao!

The staff was extremely professional and welcoming ????

The diving school facilities are top notch and very well maintained ????

An overall 10/10 for the experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn scuba diving!

What a fantastic diving school, they really helped me have a great experience with my fun dives, I saw a whale shark and turtles and much more.
Everyone meets after the dives at the stunning pool bar, which is especially great if you are travelling solo.
