We had Shakshuka and Asahi bowl.
Both were good.
They have a great view so I recommend you to eat breakfast or dinner here. You will have a nice view with the sound of wave!
Their coffee is also really good.

They use biodegradable straw and fabric cutlery pocket! ????????

We had a tasty light lunch here, having the Asian salad and roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Both very fresh and crisp. Dressing was excellent for the Asian salad, though a little oily for the vegetables (so use it sparingly! As it comes on the side!) - very tasty and not too expensive. A wide variety on the menu for breakfast lunch and dinner so plenty to choose from, though maybe more western dishes than Thai. They do have interesting takes such as the lamb mince prad kra pow or Myanmar curry. The view here is exceptional as you are right on the beach and can catch a killer sunset on this side of the island. Accepts credit cards for payment

The Mediterranean fish dish was divine. The tapas was nice and the burger was perfectly cooked. However the service was slow, you need to be patient and not hangry. The nutella banana bowl was too sweet it overpowered everything else.

I discovered breeze for delivery about three months ago. It’s fantastic to go down in person and don’t judge the presentation of my pictures as they as they do a fantastic job and I was just super hungry when I platted these. because I work mornings out of my villa I could not ask for better delivered breakfast.
My greats hits
-smashed avocado on toast with pouched eggs, tomato’s and goat cheese….mmm
-siam sunrise smoothie bowl…. It does not get much better then that.
-and even their delivered specialty coffees. Which are also hot and for some reason soooo much better then what I can accomplish in my own kitchen. Lol
Honestly, if you want some fantastic healthy food delivered to your place, this is such a gem.

Have been here a couple of times during my stay on Koh Tao. Staff is amazingly friendly, food is great (especially if you are seeking for some western food and great breakfast options), prices probably slightly higher than average. You get an amazing view on the beach / sea and there’s always a nice breeze coming in from the sea. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Can only recommend.

Bowls were pretty good, but we had better on other islands. It's a bit pricey, but that's usual for these premium breakfast/brunch joints.

The location of Breeze is perfect. You can enjoy the sunset while eating your delicious food.

My favorite food was Chicken Spaghetti  Parmigiana. They also serve delicious fresh shakes and great coffee????

The staff is friendly,  you can visit any time of the day, breakfast, lunch, dinner.
