Do Not Book In Advance.
Booked this location in advance, but had no itinerary closer to date of our trip. After multiple emails for clarification and calls when we actually came to Thailand, no reply of any sort.
We found where their head office was supposed to be and when we arrived to Koh Lanta, that is the first item that we did, go to their office.
We come, location was evicted.
Initial review that was posted, a warning was made with pictures that the place is a scam and does not exist.
Only after the initial review was posted, did they contact us and gave our money back.
For the company:
a) If this trip doesn't exist anymore, do not make it available on the website
b) After getting our money back, you informed us that you moved. As a traveller who paid money and who wants to keep customers happy, it is up to the company to inform the client.
c) If you make changes, update them right away from customers
