Amazing location, perfect for both couples and families. The resort is very well built in lush greenery surroundings and the atmosphere is fabulous. We recommend their excursions and their massage facilities. The diving school they partner with is excellent and the day trip with them is highly recommended for people passionate for diving. The communication with the resort in preparation to our trip has been very easy and they helped us to understand how to arrange everything in light of the current travel regulations. Really recommended experience

Beautiful resort set in a garden/jungle of fruit trees, flowers and garden plants. Everyt spot you look at is like a picture. The service was excellent and the staff was courteous and helpful. From the moment they picked us up and all the way to the last second when we were dropped off, at our next destination, the service was impeccable.
Our villa on the beach was super comfortable and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was good with a variety of choice.
The happy hour at sunset is a great idea (although they could use a bit more seating area).

This resort is simply amazing, among the best if not the best of all resorts I have stayed at. The biggest compliment goes to the staff. They are all super friendly and helpful, and very professional at the same time. The views from the resort are impressive, and all surroundings, including the very long stretch of beach are very very clean. The atmosphere within the very green resort is calm and relaxing with a lot of small areas and corners where you can sit alone or with your family as if it was your private resort. A big thank you goes out to the owner and all of the staff for creating and maintaining such a wonderful place! I definitely will go back!

A remarkable place to remember. There is a reason this place makes many lists for one of the best resorts in South East Asia.
The resort was bigger than I expected, and I am happy there where carts that took you up to the upper restaurant / pool for breakfast. The walk back down is recommended if you are staying near the beach.
It does not take long to wait for the cart for a ride once you make the call.
Views from the upper pool / restaurant are incredible!!
Staff and service top notch.
As the resort is very eco friendly, the room doesn't not automatically come with all amenities (tooth brush, shaver etc), but you can request this from reception and they will have it to you in no time.
The airport transfer (we only needed it on the return) was very efficient and the resort having their own speed boat to get to main land was so good + plus fast..
There are two restaurants and pools.

We stayed for three nights at Pimalai and we had a fantastic time here. It was the best hotel u0026 resort experience we had in our Thailand trip.

The infinity pool was super clean and the sunset you can see from here is astonishing. Everywhere is super clean -- the rooms, the beach, the pools, and the restaurant. There is nothing bad about this resort and I would definitely return if I have the chance.

I’m a harsh critic and I write no frills reviews.

If you’re reading this, stop wasting time browsing any more reviews and book this hotel. 5 star hotel and then some. The staff is incredibly welcoming and nice, it’s contagious. The food is delicious. The beach is beautiful, supposedly the nicest on the island. They’re just on point from the start of your stay until the end. This place will make you question the service at every previous hotel you have stayed at.

Stay at this hotel, or regret that you didn’t.

Just wow. I’ve seen a lot but this is one of the most beautiful Resorts on this planet. The staff is super friendly and professional. The beach is clean and nice, the pools are incredible - especially the higher one. This really is an international standard 5 stars resort and a great place to relax.
