We planned to stay there 5 nights and ended up with 12 :-) sweet teak wood bungalows were very comfortable and had everything for s comfortable stay. The staff is amazingly friendly, helpful and sweet, having a friendly chat with us and giving us valuable tips what to do around.

The Klong Khong beach, where the house is located, is very-very quiet and peaceful. It is perfect for an evening bar walk with relaxing reggae bars with fantastic Thai food and nice drinks.

The only minus point for the place - although the house is located directly on the beach, you can't swim there that much as the waters are very shallow and the bottom is very-very rocky. An insider info: walk 500 meters north to the restaurant "Moonwalk". Right in front of it there is a perfectly safe and nice stripe of the beach to swim with no stones. Overall we liked the Nice 'n Easy House very much!

Nice little bungalows next to the beach. Swimming pool can be busy with people taking diving lessons but I found it interesting and less annoying than screaming kids in most of beach hotels.
Breakfast (not included) was very good and with the best view on the beach.
The resort in on the quiet side of the beach, during low tide you will enjoy looking at the crabs running in the rocks but no swimming.
Downsides: for the price we would have appreciated mosquito nets without that many holes and found a bit annoying the outdoor bathroom (mosquito attack when you take your shower) but appart from that we had a very nice stay!

Great little bungalows on the beach! This place has nice little loungers overlooking the beach that stay shady until the afternoon. Drink prices are on par or cheaper with other spots on this beach. Nice and quiet vibe, more chilled out that many of the other bars around. King was great and took excellent care of us, setting up a snorkeling trip and offering to get us a motorbike. There are also lots of food options on the main road which is less than a five minute walk away. A tuk tuk from old town should cost around 100 baht total, if your negotiation skills are on point.

Nice place to view the ocean, but the food isn't so good.
Ordered fried rice in the afternoon and we both got food poisoned for the rest av the evening and the morning after. If you go here, don't order food.

I can only give a very limited review:
I stayed with my aunt in a ressort further uphill and getting to the beach was always a challenge cause there are no public access paths to the beach in that aera and not signs pointing out where to find them. On one of our quest to find the beach, we stumbled upon the
entrance of the Nice 'n Easy House: Big warning, that it was no public access - and of course no sign pointing one out. We asked some guest's standing there, where to go, and they told us to just use this privat path.
About 5 meters from the beach however we were stoped by an employee who asked us, if we were staying there, and got very annoyed and aggressive, when we explained the situation. So we asked her howu0026where we could get to the beach, but she told us she didn't know/care and we should just go away.

in conclusion: The hotel looks nice, but when you stay there, people will wander through every now and then to find the beach and the staff will be anything but nice 'n easy about it.

Good location, friendly staff, amazing views, tasty food and drinks, lwid back and reasonably priced, highly recommend. Would recommend renting a scooter to explore the island but nice n easy makes for a wonderful home base in a good location. The beach is a 30 second walk away ad is best during high tide

We had two unpleasant interactions with the host of this place, first when we passed by and sat for drinks at the bar ( which is overpriced compared to others around) and second when we came to inquire about rooms. In both occasions the woman who seems to run the place was unfriendly and even distrustful towards tourists. Not a very welcoming atmosphere, to say the least.
