This resort is a nice, budget friendly, family oriented resort. The grounds are a bit outdated and could use some upkeep, however, the pool areas are very nice. Also the resort is located directly on the beach with a restaurant and bar available. The room that we had was clean and the a/c worked almost too well. It was very nice and cold. The breakfast was average for hotel breakfasts, offering eggs, breads, pastries, different local fair and fresh fruit and coffee. They offer a tourist guide area in the lobby that set us right up with motorbikes and tickets for the ferry back to the mainland. Would not recommend this place if you're trying to meet new people, a lot of families and couples. Swedish culture rules here.

I would’ve rated it 5* if only the staff was a bit more helpful and the breakfast improved.

All in all, we had a superb time here in the low season. The hotel was pretty much empty and we just drove by and got hooked.

There’s a restaurant by the beach, with an awesome breeze to cool down with some drinks. If that doesn’t do it for you, there are a number of restaurants and bars along the beach.

The sunset is amazing and should be experienced every day.

The room was huge and beautiful, the pool and beach are amazing. Every restaurant on the beach has had nothing but good food. My only complaint, and this isn't so much on the resort, were the kids. Parents were letting their kids be loud and obnoxious, without any regard for other guests. It would be nice if the resort had an adults only pool. Also, our room walked out into a pool. I thought this was only available to the guests who had booked those specific rooms, however there was public access. This was also disappointing. With all that said, we enjoyed the resort and the staff we're genuinely kind and welcoming, something I really appreciate.

The hotel is done up very well. I was disappointed with the staff at the beach bar some staff barely speak english and they got my food wrong 3 times. The manager should really address this issue. Being such a big hotel I was surprised that they have not got mattresses on the beach loungers and the customers have to put they towel just to lie on it and its so uncomfortable. Even the cheapest hotels on the beach have the mattresses to make their customers feel comfortable. Its a shame.

Ok hotel that has potential to be good.
Rooms are good, but there is nothing exeptionally great in the rooms. The tv is a waste of space, its huge and awful. Our airconditioner didnt always work like it should. Another con was that sometimes the cleaner lady didnt left us any towels in the room.

All 3 pools are good and warm enough. There are two bigger deep pools and 1 shallow pool. They are clean and have enough space.

The worse thing about the whole hotel in my opinion was the breakfast. The space was limited and the food not so great. The local foods werent that great and there was no cheese, bacon, nor anything else good to put on a sandwich.

Beach is close and its ok. Exept you cant swim when there is low tide because of the millions of large rocks.

The staff is nice and helpful. And the vehicle renting service was pretty cheap and easy.

Very nice resort, with one huge and several smaller pools at the start of Long Beach. Rooms are big, clean, and pretty standard for Thai islands. Good drinks, decent breakfast buffet, although I would have loved some spicy Thai dishes in addition to the usual Western options. Great omelettes! Appears to be halal, with chicken ham and chicken sausages. We only booked 5 days, and wanted to prolong our stay, but it was already fully booked.

A good resort which is reach to 3-4 stars standard. The room is clean and nice decorated. I like how they fold the towel on bed. Serve welcome drink for group upon arrival. The thick mattress is very comfortable, I slept immediately after 2 minutes of laid down from tried adventure day.

However the shower is not comfortable as it is fix to the wall. Beware of the cleanliness of the coffee pot and coffee cup as I found mold inside the pot and need to change to new one. Cup need to be clean with hot water before use.

Free 2 glasses bottle of drinking water, not big plastic bottle. Refrigerator is under counter. Hair dryer is also available.
