Unfortunately we cannot relate to the good reviews of this place. These newer villas are tucked in the middle of the hotel area as the older ones circle the area. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Lovely new upgraded villa rooms with private pool Clean and larger rooms which are very clean Location.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Holiday Villa. We would go there most days as the Beach was much nicer. We usually stay in the same poolside villa but as these were all taken we were offered a bungalow on the side behid the restaurant which was very overgrown.

Within a few hours, the staff at Holiday Villa emailed me back and was happy to show me around that evening. Middle of the beach is prettier and easier. There is a restaurant right by the pool where we had breakfast buffet each morning (very good) and then lunch.

We had an ok stay, it would be a good hotel if they would pay attention to a few things. A short tuk tuk ride into town. Standard are not latest but ok and it is clean. The employees at the hotelrestaurant and poolarea were very friendly and serviceminded.

My only critics: not much choice for breakfast. Food in restaurant is not top but it dors not matter since you can explore the whole Klong Dao beach just outside the door. The lady at the front desk was not reliable. I will nev ever go back here and wouldnt rekommend it to my worst enemy.

Nice and quiet place between 2 great beaches. Klong dao beach is perfect för a morning walk.
