Banana beach resort

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were peaceful. The owner of the resort was so helpful in our planning—she set up our boat rides, a massage, and a day trip for us! Breakfast was great and we also got our room upgraded (which was extremely kind of her). Loved the pool and the beachfront. My friends and I also really liked the area we were in. The restaurant and market nearby were great, and we loved the island as a whole. I highly recommend!

Location is very good, right on the beach. Perfect for families with kids. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. Lots of shadow on the beach. Rooms need some furniture and the bathrooms could use a touch up. The Thai food is very good, and the burger is great. Breakfast could easily be improved to vary a bit from eggs and toast and assorted fruits. Maybe add yogurt and invest in a proper coffee machine.

I enjoyed our experience here. The room was nothing fancy, but you're getting what you pay for. The breakfast included was pretty good - had toast, eggs, and fruit. Kept us full until lunch. The beach wasn't great right off the resort but it's a short walk down it and you'll find great places for swimming. We rented a scooter for cheap from the front desk and had a blast! It's a little outside the hub of things, but it's easy to get transportation to where you want to go.

The staff at the hotel were among the most attentive I've ever experienced. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. The amenities in my room were good. Everything you could want is in walking distance. Beautiful surroundings a pleasure to stay. The breakfast is simple and was totally ok for us.

Friendly staff, nice.pool with safe kids pool although very chlorinated, on the beach and very friendly staff. The room.was small and not the most comfy, and the breakfast was nice with Thai sticky rice, eggs, toast, cereal and fruit, but as in so many budget hotels in Thailand, the coffee was just awful :). Restaurants weren't close to walk in this heat but we hired rather shaky motorcycles at a super low price. Lovely swing overlooking the beach. Overall the location is really nice and the resort attractive enough, but you get more comfortable accommodations in the middle of long beach

A perfect location for our needs whilst visiting the city. It have convenient public transportation around. The room was kept impeccably clean. The amenities in the room are very good. The front desk reception makes you feel comfortable immediately. The stay was definitely worth the price paid. I definitely will be back.

You definitely will get your monies worth by staying here. The ***ager/ staff were friendly and helpful. Lanta island is a good choice vs mainland Thailand. Mini mart very close by. Beautiful clean beach. The location is great. The view from our room and from the restaurant takes our breath away every time.
