I had a wonderful stay at a bungalow here! Only a few steps from the pool, the ocean, the reggae bar, several restaurants, and 711! The ladies at the front desk were sweet and helpful as was Ning who owns the adjacent reggae bar - a wonderful place to watch the sunset from a hammock! The accommodation was clean and a wonderful value and I would highly recommend a stay here anytime!

We stayed here for the last 5 days of our travels through Thailand. From all of the places we have visited this is the one we will definitely be returning here.
The room had AC and a fan and was very spacious. The bathroom was clean and also quite large. They have two pools which we used almost everyday since we visited during the low season soo the waves made it difficult to swim.
The ambiance was very relaxing and quiet, but for those that like to party or go to the bar there are a couple just down the beach the best one in my opinion being Freedom Bar.
The boss and staff are all very friendly and always prepared to help you. The restaurant is nice but the view was covered with some wind protection(because of the low season again). We preferred to eat down the street in the more traditional and cheaper Danny's restaurant and Bamboo restaurant anyway.
Overall it was a very good, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable last 5 days of our travels. I would recommend anyone that wants a cheap but very premium felling experience to come here and just enjoy themselves.

Cute place with good accommodations. Clean and helpfull staff. Good location to go island exploring with a scooter. (150 baht per day rental with the place next to it) 20 min drive from multiple highlights. The pool is lovely to watch the sun go down or you can sit in the bar and enjoy a drink while u do that.

Food was okay--western food. The blended coffee was really good though. The hostel staff was a bit stand-offish. One time we needed toilet paper, but there was no staff to be seen. Also, the tour vendor up-charged us on a van up to Krabi. Don't pay more than 250 baht!!

Been all over SE Asia and can comfortably say this is the worst service we have had the luxury of receiving.

We booked through their online portal which said the bungalow would have 3 beds ready for us. When we showed up there were only 2 beds in the room. We complained to the staff and requested an additional bed, to which they suggested we pay for the roll out bed, an additional fee comparable with the cost of the room.

When we complained that we should receive the bed for free, the staff laughed at us.

We went ahead and visited our room to find the A/C shut off, had to go to the front and get someone to come to the bungalow to fix it.

In the morning we went to get the breakfast and were redirected back between the reception and restaurant for payment.

Needless to say, it was disorganized and the staff was highly unpleasant. None of this has even touched on how poor communication was because of a lack of English.

The facilities in this place are nice, but the staff is the worst I’ve experienced in SE Asia. Do yourself a favor and pick a place down the road where the staff will not laugh at you when you complain about problems they cause.

Spent 6 nights there a few days ago in low season. Check in and check out were pretty straightforward. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfy and AC worked well (except for the odd power cut) and the WiFi was decent enough to stream Netflix and music. The pools are great and it's so nice to have direct access to the beach or chill on the deck, have a drink and watch the sunset. Staff and management were always helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Room was very clean, but matress and pillows smelt like mould. The facilities of the room looked very old. They only clean the room every two days, and same with the swimmingpool (good luck if you want to swim there, the water was disgusting and you couldn’t even see the tiles). You can find SO many better places to stay for the same price or 40baht more.
