Maybe is low season for koh Lanta, When we go only purs 2 friendship family members stay on it, we can choose whatever we sastification room. Night time very dark, shower water too low,
Breakfast is they go take away to our room, porridge quite nice. Surprising the bed is well sleep.
Swimming pool is clean.

Tips: prepare anti mosquito spray.
Carpark bay at the back of hotel.

We stayed for 1 night only but we enjoyed our stay.
The staff was very nice and friendly.
The room was spacious and clean.
Swimming pool was nice.
Everything was perfect.

We went during non peak season, hence Koh Lanta itself was pretty empty and village looking.
The hotel was quiet. Most of the staff work from 7am till 4pm, so it was getting pretty secluded towards early evening time.
We had plenty of water and towels in our rooms (we had a double room apartment). The staff are smiley and welcoming. There are plenty of restaurants with great food around, plus 7/11.
We stayed for three nights whilst it’s been rainy for about 80 percent of the time. It was a nice hotel to be stuck in.
I wouldn’t recommend to rent a car through the hotel though; wasn’t a good experience. The ferry service we ordered through the hotel was perfect.

Phutara Lanta Resort is a lovely little boutique resort in Koh Lanta me and my friend didnt know if it was going to be too good to be true for the price which was £70 for 2 nights in total and actually the hotel did not disappoint. We opted for a 1 bedroom pool side view room and ejded up with a 2 bedroom which was lovely. The only downside I would say is, its not advertised well enough that this is a non alcohol hotel and also the other downside was for the 2 days we was there the fountains at the pool were not working. With that said though the staff were lovely and welcoming and it was a short walk to 7/11 (bit like a corner shop) to get any little treats you need, the rooms were immaculate and modern i would stay here again.

Great location as long as you rent a scooter! We did for the whole time we were there through the hotel! No complaints everything went smooth! They also changed it for us when we noticed the first one had a slow puncture! Also a lovely hotel with modern facilities! Staff were all friendly and always greeted you with a smile and a hello! We would 100% stay there again if we come back to Lanta! Thanks to everyone of the staff for a great stay!

It's a beautiful resort with not a bad location. The breakfast could use a fair amount of work... it's a buffet... but they provide tiny portions, don't keep it well stocked, and the food was cold. Even went right when it opened and it wasn't any better. The staff are decent, but are cliquey amongst themselves. There air conditioning is also crappy. We had it cranked to the max and could not get our room cool enough for a decent sleep. Its a high price for simply the appearance of a beautiful resort.

I want to underline that this hotel has a four stars.
First day we reported that the neither od the two tv doesn’t work, the lights by swimming pool are switch off permanently.
Nothing was changing during all stay.
Besides the breakfast portions was very small, even the picture and the description at the Menu was different. For example: the sausages at the picture was 4 times longer than we got. I have received 2 in spite of 3 toast like the menu. Moreover the waitress gave us a bill after the breakfast and ordered from us 100 BHT. I paid.
And the last day ( nearly one hour ago ) we didn’t received our breakfast. The breakfast starts from 7 to 10 am it is the information we gave at the reception. We were In time but the cheff came when we had to leave the hotel (it was 7:20 am). We didn’t received anything to eat. So we were hungry In the way to another Island !
