Great location on the beach with a pool right next to the ocean. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It’s within walking distance to everything you might need (restaurants, 7-11, dive shop, massage) and motorbike rentals are near by if you want to explore (as well as tuk tuks!) There is also a small bar on property open for coffee or cocktails until sundown.

Unfortunately I stayed there for only two nights. The owner is super communicative, always having a chat with you when she sees you. The resort is located directly at the beach where you can see an amazing sunset. The room was okay, clean, big, the bed was comfortable. I can highly recommend and how to be back. Thank you

This might be weird but we actually didn’t stay in the resort. We were looking for a place to rent for our monthly stay in ko lanta and after I told the owner (or manager, idk who I was talking to) that the price is way above our budget, they started texting me cheaper options for rent. ???? I just want to say this because this was a nice gesture and good people definitely still exist! Thank you!

We decided to stay here after being disappointed with our original hotel. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. Three location is beautiful. The pool is clean and located shoo you can look out on to the beach. The beach had a lot of trash, but apparently that is common during the Green Season, but it did have much less trash than other parts of the island. Our bungalow was clean and had a wonderful patio that overlooked the beach. It was next door to a beach bar but noise was not aan issue. We wrote also close to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops that were open, which was a relief since most places are closed during Green Season. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

Regardless of cons, and because I’m not as picky as most foreigners, I’m giving it a five star.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and communicates well in English.

The beach is so close you can hear waves all night.

The beach has a gazebo AND THEY GIVE REAL MASSAGES RIGHT THERE. It’s awesome and so relaxing.

They even have a bar hut that will bring you happy hour cocktails right on the beach.

Breakfast is standard and good enough.

You can take snorkeling trips from there and they have a flexible refund policy if someone gets sick or it rains. Ko Ha is amazing and opaltours does a great job with snorkel trips.

Restaurants nearby are good. I like funky monkey (they have live music) and Mr. Green.

Cons are that there are ants everywhere, lizards too.

Enjoyed our stay here, great fun in the pool and right on the beach with views to Koh Phi Phi and fantastic sunsets. Very friendly staff, rooms were old but comfortable and the included breakfast was basic but acceptable. There is ample parking and the resort is fairly close to bars and restaurants.

Location was fantastic. Transportation in the area was pretty easy. Our room was very tidy. The unique amenities in the room are perfect for someone like me. The front desk clerk was very nice each time. Great value for the money we paid. Amazing cocktails about 100 meters walk away.
