One of the best services and staff I have ever come through. The pool villa was excellent with an amazing sea view. The staff was super friendly and always there to help before asking. They were on their feet, greeting and making one feel welcomed all the time.

We have been here for 3 days 2 nights in the pool villa. Overall for the room was quite nice. All necessary things were well prepared. I could not expect more. Sadly, there were many trees to block the seaview. If we could get the room where there was no tree, it would be perfect. The most impressive thing here was the staff. They all were so nice, friendly and kind to us. K'nui, a member of restaurant team, was very helpful and treated us so well. She recommended many good dishes and served us with pleasure and friendly. We were so impressed. By the way, we would recommend you to try Thai food in here. The taste was good. Lunta Fried Rice was my fav dish here. On the other hand, we felt that the western food was not that good though.
And the options of breakfast buffet were quite limited a bit. In the end, we were so happy to be here. We had a great time ????????????

I'm so glad we chose to stay at Avani+ Koh Lanta Krabi Resort. Their Sea View Pool Villa (#2124) had everything we needed for a weekend gateaway - a great pool overlooking the beautiful Kaw Kwang Beach, breathtaking view of the ocean, a big room with living area, and a clean u0026 comfy bathroom.

????When reached the villa, the room was spotless, equipped with pool towels and all the other amenities that they listed on the Agoda booking page.

????Guests can call in small hotel car to go to the restaurant or the lobby.
????Airport pickup can be arranged during booking.
????Ample space for parking your own/hired car as well.

????️The restaurant didn't have buffet breakfast during our stay as there were only a few guests staying in because of low season. À la carte breakfast worked just fine for us. In fact, the 'floating' breakfast basket we ordered for the first morning, was one of the highlights of our stay ???????????????? They also made sure to arrange halal breakfast for us ???? We had to pay an additional 500 THB to order in the breakfast basket.

????We were glad to get nonalcoholic drinks at the Reggae Bar, which offers a great view of the sunset ????

????I received a great spa service from Avani Spa, served by Khun Gift ????

????????u200d????????u200d????Last but not the least, Avani had the most amazing people in their staff - Khun Mareeya, Khun Ping Ping, Khun Ning at the restaurant, the drivers - each one of them went above and beyond to help us with anything and everything.

There were only two things that I wasn't too excited about - first the Wifi which wasn't that good u0026 I had to work a bit during the night. The second thing was absence of a separate shower place in the bathroom. With a bad knee which causes limited mobility, it was quite an effort for me to literally 'climb' the tub ????????

Other than those last two, we would love to go back! ????

Our stay was excellent, though the hotel was almost empty and they appeared somewhat short staffed Nui helped make our stay so pleasant and seamless. She was a great server, bartender and now friend! She went above and beyond to make drinks off menu and help us with anything we needed. We would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxed chill vibe. The views from the pool, restaurant and reggae bar are STUNNING!

The location is a bit off the beaten path so if you’re looking for nightlife and city vibes this isn’t for you (at least not while COVID is still around). We absolutely adored the slower pace of the island and resort to round out our Thailand trip. Tip, rent scooters to get around the island. The slower pace and lack of lots of traffic make it perfect for foreigners to test out their motorbike skills!

Pool access and Pool View are great options for family with kids. Amazing location and view. 5min to Pier for any island tours. Hotel restaurant is also great.

We highly recommend the Avani team and resort. The team made our experience seamless whilst providing the best service and experience.

Nicky executed our stay and coordinated our needs flawlessly. Nicky’s team arranged transport for us from hotel or local taxi to having scooters dropped off for our use. We also utilized the team for excursions and they assisted us when we did not have local currency.

Nui made our experience around the resort amazing and professional. She catered to our custom cocktail needs and food requests. Nui was easy communicate with and proactively catered to our needs.

We thank the Avani team for the best customer service. We look forward to coming back. The team works very hard to cater their clients.

A wonderful getaway in Koh Lanta Island. If you are visiting Koh Lanta, this is the resort you should plan your stay. Situated in a very remote part of the island, with 100% privacy, relaxation and amazing staff to compliment with.

Staff at the reception, house keeping and specially at the restaurant were very energetic and helpful. Also, Hotel Manager Khun Bank is always there to have a small chit chat and thanks to the wholw team, I had a wonderful 4 days in Koh Lanta, and I want to go back!
