Very nice and quiet hotel close to all the night life, shops, restaurants, markets, beaches and street food. Helpful and always smiling staff, and very good chef. I can recommend this hotel definitely ????????☀️

My wife and I spent a great 10 days at the hotel. The entire property was spotless regardless of the time of day. Great welcome by the nice people working there. The location of the hotel could not be better. At the weekend there is a brilliant value for money.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. We stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony which also included our breakfast during our stay. The hotel is not a far walk from kata beach and is very quiet in the evenings. Front staff Suwit and Koy were very pleasant and always greeted us with a smile. Suwit speaks excellent English which was helpful to us as we are not yet fluent in the Thai language. Koy was also very helpful with booking an excursion for us. The rooms are very spacious and cleaned on a daily basis. In the restaurant our server Naan was also personable and spoke excellent English. He showed genuine concern along with the front staff when I was not feeling well for a few days. This hotel shares a pool with the other adjoining hotel and is great place to take a dip in if you are not wanting to go to the beach. I would recommend this hotel. It also has lots of markets close by to shop for souvenirs and lots of restaurants near by to choose from.

The room we have stayed was the standard room,which was good enough to accomodate a couple and a child below 12 years. The owner of the hotel is called Anthony and is a very friendly *** who has a great rapport with all the staff. The breakfast was good.

The boss and the staff are very kind to talk to. The room was cleaned spotless every day and the food was excelent. The hotel is a little out of the main area in Patong but that suited us fine as we were after a good night's sleep before being picked up the next morning to be taken to our island accommodation.

Rude staff. Refused to give early breakfast . Not providing hot drinking water in room. No electric kettle in room so I can not warm water for tea myself. Infrastructure is ok. During my stay on 29 December 18, there was no water in the tap on the morning, so I had to do all my morning business in a litre of bottled water. They have separate menu for breakfast for people who have breakfast included in package (with less options). Looks like I am on concentration camp. The management refused to refund money of booking of further days so could not change hotel also. I was asked to vacate one day earlier on 31 despite the fact that my original booking was till 1st january 2019

We have had a wonderful holiday and when we come back we will definitely stay at this great hotel thank you to everyone who works there. The staff at reception was very co-opearative and helpful. There was a strong musty smell inside the wardrobe we couldn’t hang our clothes up.
