Staying at The Nature Phuket so it was a short walk to Acqua. Read the generally good reviews and had to try it out.

To get straight to the point, I highly recommend this place.

For more detail, here goes. The house red wine I chose was great. My fiance and I had three dishes: ravioli stuffed with squash, seafood risotto, and a gourmet pizza (Italian sausage). Everything was 10/10.

Before the ordered dishes even came out, the servers brought out a variety of delicious fresh breads and olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Yummy! Also, they brought out what I can only describe as tapas - three different selections. Also excellent.

Service level was great and the decor is clean and inviting.

A great find in the middle of Patong. A long way from Italy, but not far from the best Italian food most will be lucky enough to find.

From the moment you walk in, to the moment they bring the check the experience the team plays out for you is nothing short of spectacular.

I wish the menu was smaller, but we ordered so much and every bite was out of an iron chef masters special.

Kudos to the cooks and chefs and a huge kudos and thanks to the wait staff.

Everyone from the Maitre D', to the chef and wait staff went out of their way to make a truly momentous occasion all the more memorable.

The food was exceptional and the service was nothing short of exemplary.

Thank you, Acqua, for a absolutely lovely experience.

The staff was friendly and really know how to service the customer, well spoken English language. Good fine dining experience.

They have ala carte menu and set menu.

Had high expectations for this place but the food was really disappointing. Out of 14 dishes I guess only three of them was good. Risotto the rice too over cooked, quail was very dry and not juicy. Tuna tartare temperature not well maintained.

Foei gras is good, the signature suckling pig amazing. Good presentation though for overall dishes.

Not sure if the quality because the head chef has moved to bangkok for new restaurant. Really hope they can improve

The dishes tastes good and plated amazingly. Our server was very friendly and lovely to chat with. Great place to get dressed up for a dinner date.

Total service was 1 star

I can give 3 star for food

I don't know whyu0026how this restaurant Michelle guide.

1. They charge 10% at price 'and then' charge 7% more for that so you should expect 20% more for menu price

2. Server are very forcing me to order more beverages or etc.
There is different between 'suggestion u0026 forcing' i felt very uncomfortable with their "forcing" they even suggest wine who is not able to drink achool

3. Pasta is over cook

4. Steak was fine

5. Pan fried fish should more have moisture then what I ate

It cost around 120usd per on person
I expect you can have great experience restaurant in your home country.

I don't feel comfortable with their serving

We can’t thank the staff at Acqua enough for the incredible dining experience they provided my husband and I while on our honeymoon! It definitely was one of our favorite parts of our entire trip! Our table had been decorated with crystals and pink flower petals to commemorate our romantic honeymoon dining evening. We later found out that the staff member had gone out of her way to buy these decorations once she found out that we were celebrating our honeymoon at Acqua. It was the most thoughtful and sweetest gesture and made our dining experience all the more intimate and special. We started our course with 2 small complimentary appetizers/starters – they had a very refined presentation and were a very tasty treat. We each ordered a glass of wine (their wine list is very exhaustive) – I had the Pio Cesare Nebbiolo, while my husband had the Nals Margreid Chardonnay. They were both good, and we felt very relaxed by them. We then ordered a couple of oysters – this was one of my favorites (or who I am I kidding, I enjoyed every part of my dining experience at Acqua). One of the best oysters I’ve had and they were paired well with their select sauces. We also received a complimentary mini bread basket (they had sourdough, crackers/wafers, and many more) along with olive oil and balsamic. For my entree, I ordered the Acqua Signature Tortelli “Il Mare” - it was beautifully plated, and decadent for its size. My husband ordered the Pan fried Mediterranean sea bass, it was very rich, tasteful, and the capers really brought all the flavors together so well. We then ordered Pizza Acqua, and we are so glad we made room for it. The tomato sauce was like nothing we’d had before – it was so flavorful (my mouth waters as I remember it), paired with such fresh ingredients, it was magical. Would highly recommend trying out the pizza in addition to any entree. To finish off our night, we had the Sicilian “Cannoli” with a special surprise as the staff had decorated our platter with their best wishes on our honeymoon. What a perfect way to end such a lovely night. Throughout our entire experience, the staff was always diligently checking in on us, ensuring we had everything that we needed (without being disruptive). We enjoyed the light hearted conversations we had with the staff and the attention and efforts they took to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience, and an amazing honeymoon night. Thank you Acqua team!
