Would not recommend to anyone. We made the reservation and took it and when we got there there were not enough rooms. the clerk instead of solving the situation tried to convince us to stay in one room but would not return the price difference. and trying to curl up that we would mock two rooms for one and still win. how? We could not sleep so dirty was the room. and when we thought of asking to change the sheet that was stained and smelling of used, we were surprised to find trash thrown under the mattress. very poorly maintained and dirty. We had to look for another hotel and lost the money paid for the rooms. The pictures is a situation when I enter in the room. (included used toilet paper in the basket.)

I was in the fifth floor and had a fairly clean room. So can't complain about the room. However, the hotel is not clean. The staircase is dirty. The lift has this bizarre smell. And the lobby sofas are God knows how many years old. Can't really call them sofas anymore.

AND MOST IMPORTANT THINGS
We were supposed to get buffet breakfast, but we didn't because, "we don't have enough guests", I mean seriously ?! And the set menus were stupid. And on top of that, the breakfast serving staffs were really rude. Okay, so some people who stayed there may disagree with this, so I'll clear it. They were actually kinda racists. They pick on people. Mostly brown people. They didn't treat us (a brown family) well and were rude. And to be specific, the girl with long hair and the guy who tires his hair were rude. They didn't serve correctly. And everyday, we had to wait like 15-20 mins for the food, which didn't even taste good.

I personally think that they should hire more staff, as the management isn't good. They should also provide coffee packets for the rooms, like most hotels.
And treat ALL the guests nicely, as everyone's paying the same amount for the same service.
And tbh, I won't recommend this hotel, as all the tourist spots are quite far away, so transportation costs a lot. And it's not even that close to patong beach.

terrible managment. Was sleeping and they let someone into my room with out consent who is not registered nor a cleaner unbelievable. Not only that the person never knew my room number so they gave it to him then opened the door for him

Nice place, with a big neat room, nice soft bed and friendly staff. The phone in the passage, that rings continuously, is a very bid irritation though!

Clean and big rooms, but some appliace not workable. Pool great ambiance.
