Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. The hotel room itself was very clean. Not far from pa tong beach. Hotel is easily access via public transport. A great gentle*** helped me with luggage. Well worth the value for your money. The atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful.

Rather 'un-welcome' welcome by them, not sure the reason the receptionist had a hard rough despised look, not just once, each time I met him. Booked online without much research. Seemingly the dark purple color was inspired by some rustic fantasy. Swimming pool is ok, breakfast modest. Bed had a sag and balcony immediately facing other balcony at cross angles, woah !! Notice the toiletries(soap and shampoo) wrap as if they its the clean'est' soap that I have and will ever use :)

Carpets in the hallways are in poor condition. The room was kept impeccably clean. The location is simply perfect to where we want to be as per our itinerary. The traffic connections are very good. Only few person can speak in English. Absolutely worth a try if you stay in Patong. Had a comfortable stay.

The decor is stylish. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The wifi was annoying because it required you to resign on. There is no gym on site and shuttle does not run frequently. It is a bit removed from all the craziness near the Phuket beach which for me was good.

Very pleasant resort. Loved the open air reception area and wonderful pool.
Staff are what make it a great place to stay... reception staff are very friendly and always a greeting smile.

the hotel staff were not helpfull at all except 1 nice girl all others were always sending us to get services or help by ourselves . the hotel not mainatned in a good status . no ingormation given as for activitives and places around the hotel or help in getting trips or taxis.

Hotel looks good but my self its very poor in maintenance there is no compliments WiFi is very slow swimming pool is good.
