Good hotel for its value. Close to the sea. A lot of cafes around, at any price. Friendly staff, in my heart a good pressure (and this is a problem for Thailand). Special thanks to the girl - the cleaning lady. She washes everything like a Cinderella all day, she finds out if everything is in order and what anyone needs! Of the minuses. Air conditioning not working, stuffy. Bedclothes are stained. It was washed, but the blood (for example) remained.

Location is very good.
No lift.
Rooms are spacious.
Poor room service.
Phuket Night life (Bangla Street) is very near.
Indian restaurants are also situated in the vicinity.
Two wheeler are available at rent.
Beach is also very near to this hotel.
Overall value for money hotel.

Stayed here for two days..very friendly and helpful people. Clean and comfy rooms. Highly recommended, will come back for sure.

Very friendly stuff.
Very cheap prices.
Not a 5star hotel so don't expect tremendous luxury.. But have A/C, hot shower, bar downstairs..
Great location also - 10min from Jungceylon and Bangla Rd.
5min walk from the Patong beach.

The staff are good and the boss is friendly, my flight is on night time and the boss let my family late check out without any additional charge to let us have a bath before going to the airport

When you pay by credit card they take extra 5% from the price.. Good location.. Friendly staff.. Poor service.. No lift..

Loud music at night, no hot water, but the owner is very attentive.
