This has been one of the nicest stayes in all of Thailand thanks to May the receptionist. She is the absolute best! She loves our baby and has done so much for us while we stayed here for 4 nights. I wish we could stay longer. She gave us fruit everyday and helped us find things like food and shopping.
This hotel is small but very clean and quiet. AC is great and bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot and room was cleaned every day. It's in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our walk to the beach down a smaller road with less traffic. We definitely can't beat the price of this hotel for what it offers.
Overall, we loved this little hotel and I did hours of research on hotels and even with a wife and baby we loved our stay at the BT Inn.
Thank you May for everything and we will for sure be back to visit if we're ever in Thailand again.

Stayed in the private room on the first floor. Room was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Great place with great price for the peak season. The owner is very friendly and kind. She gave us watermelon as a snack multiple times during our stay. She let us leave our bags in a room all day since we weren't flying out until the evening. Would definitely stay here again on a trip to Phuket.

May is really friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Just steps away from supermarkets and street food. Laundry is available at good prices. Even though I pay for a shared room, I stayed alone nearly all the time. With toilet in the room it looked like I paid for a room for myself. Would recommend it anytime.

Fantastic hotel! It was quiet and yet nearby so many amenities.
If you’ve a luggage, request to stay on level 1 because it has no elevators.

May was fantastic at the desk!
She offered me dragonfruits too after my SWEATY AFTERNOON!

I will recommend this place to all!

This place might be small, but the rooms are clean; the AC works great,the staff are AMAZING and the beds are the most comfortable we have had yet since being in Thailand. Coming from our last hotel we did not have the best vibe of Phuket. Our stay here completely changed our minds. The beach is a quick 5 min walk away, they have beach mats for use(free of charge) there is laundry available at 50 baht/kg and there are working security safes in each room. You won't be getting stunning views from your windows, but for the price, the service and accommodations cannot be beat. There is also a great muay thai gym a mere 8 min walk from the hotel for all those who are interested. Just a heads up there is a security deposit for the room key which you get back at the end of your stay(500 baht), if you do not have cash on you there are several atm´s within a block of the hotel. Lastly there is a shower curtain which may seem a small detail, but helps prevent the entire bathroom getting soaked while you shower. Its the small things that mean so much. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Really nice and place to stay within reach of restaurants and bars. Few mins walk to Patong beach which is stunning.
Staff are very friendly and went out there way to make me feel comfortable.
Good for a budget holiday I recommend this for anyone .

Didn't stay there. Stopped by for a cup of thai ice tea. And end up booking with their tours to phi phi island, james bond island and Raya island. Girl named May gives good price and very friendly. It was a pleasant stop by.
