Rooms and service is pretty good, the only flaw I noticed was the room access card doesn't work after using it for three times (didn't work for me). We need to exchange that in reception, had to exchange 5 times for 3 days. Apart from that the breakfast buffet and pool were good. They do provide a lot of items in breakfast buffet. So I recommend to book your room with breakfast which would be much cheaper than you order there.

great hotel. the rooms were clean and had good air-con with 3 different settings, large beds and a balcony. just a 2 minute walk from the beach and i felt extremely safe here as a solo traveller. the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, with an information desk to help you sort day trips, taxis, etc.

Rooms are small not like in the pictures, but they are comfortable, clean and when close is quite. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast may need to improve a bit but It have all you need. Location is a plus, near to bars, 7 eleven, shops, massage, attractions and the mains routes, can walk all around, 5 min walking distance from the sea. This was on low season on Sep-Oct. Price is one of the best in the area. Recommended!

This is a very old tired outdated Hotel that's well in need of a complete gutting and refurbishment.
The rooms in the bathrooms are very small and there's no where to put your luggage.
They have very old small TVs on the wall that should have been replaced a decade ago.
The staff on professional and welcoming but there is nothing good about this hotel in its current condition.
Let's hope they spend some serious money totally gutting and refurbishing the place replacing all of the Furnishings TVs and everything else because it is simply not worth a visit in its current state

Ambience and services was very good. Please be in mind its just a 3 star hotel don’t except more from here. But the rooms were very neat u0026 the toilet also ver neat but very small in size. Complementary breakfast was very nice. For information: All should keep a security deposit of 1500 THB for getting the key after paying the room rents. That amount will be refunded while we return.

A lovely property located at Patong beach. Good rooms with friendly staff. Awesome location and nice breakfast. It’s a perfect hotel to relax yourself. Perfect value for money.

A must place to visit with family and as a lonely traveller. If to say about the Hotel a very good choice as walkable distance to beach. The massage team in near to swimming pool area has a magic toch in their hands. Trust me all negative remarks about massage will be taken away by their massage. You will feel a motherly touch.
