YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR (ROOM OK STAFF HORRENDOUS)
I understand that you get what you pay for and the room was fine, however, the staff (other than Poom the cleaner who was lovely) were absolutely terrible. Never have i had such terrible service in my life, the receptionist (male) was constantly with his friend getting his eyebrows done and other treatments and did not acknowledge me to the extent that i went behind the counter and got the mosquito spray myself...YES THERE ARE MOSQUITOS.

We found the experience to be thoroughly enjoyable from the time we set foot in the hotel till we left. The whole hostel in fact is kept near spotless. Every hotel staff was focussed on helping the customer as much as possible. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner.

Easy simple and basic accommodations. The rooms are clean. There is aircon. There are private bathrooms.

It’s not a five star place, but if you want a basic simple and super affordable place in the heart of Patong, this is the spot.

Be aware though, it may get a bit noisy at night as it’s close to the bars.

I lost my wallet when i arrived. The lady in the receptionist (she was working in the morning shift) helped me to called a few numbers and then gave me a ride to the police station and even borrowed me 500baht to get dinner. She went the extra mile to help a total stranger. This hotel has a gem that they need to take care ok.

Room was ok. You get what you paid for.

Accused of making the sheets dirty on the 2nd bed. I only slept on the 1 bed but bought a twin bed room as it was only available at the time. Wanted to falsey charge me where no one slept. The receptionist was extremely rude, and swears at you in thai. DO NOT COME HERE.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days during our trip. The hotel was very clean at all times. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel can not be beaten. The hotel itself is perfect for someone who wants to escape city life.
