I had a very nice experience staying here, very reasonable priced, very well located, close to shops, restaurants, walking distance to the beach and not last very close to night life clubs. One suggestion is a live music bar at the corner of Thanon Bangla (notoriously famed for its night life) named Red Hot, with a very good band playing songs on request as well. The owner of this hotel also helped me by booking a taxi to the airport with cost me around 600 Thai baht ( June 2022). I strongly recommend this place for its location and cheap price.

The hotel room itself was perfect. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. There was fast internet throughout the hotel. You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. The bathroom was very very nice. A good value for the money.

The boss is service oriented, kind, honest and helpful. The beach is only a short walk away. Its very easy to get to public transportation. The amount of people ready to help you is overwhelming. The room was always very clean. Rooms are air conditioned with en suite bathroom.

Great location. Security was ok, there's only someone at the desk from 9am-11pm so don't expect breakfast if you're an early riser. Bed was very confidant comfortable.

Nice budget guesthouse. They are all over the place here so choose wisely. Great deal for a little more baht... Pays for quiet nights sleep, cleanliness and nice service... Don't settle in patong... Get your baby's worth... Also go across the street to siam for breakfast and visit with sheryl from Australia. She knows all about phuket and exploring...

I've stayed at this guesthouse a number of times over the years and it is always a good experience. Owner ***aged, clean rooms serviced daily. Situated in Paradise Complex, it's a short walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping mall. Price not so cheap if you travel for solo.

A small low key well managed hotel, stayed here many times over 10 years, very clean and safe, with cool friendly experienced owner/operators. Excellent location.
