Absolutely loved it here. I've recommended this place many times and I would definitely book here again. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The rooms are a decent size and very clean. Fantastic room service. The pools are amazing, but the infinity pool is simply stunning. Sunset, infinity pool, ice cold margarita, paradise.

Large clean room with balcony. Excellent air conditioning. Enormous pool and swim up bar. Huge buffet style breakfast. Great variety of foods. Excellent staff. Very polite. Hotel is not brand new but kept well

Absolutely love it. I would recommend it to anyone. They have honey moon suites, couple bed room, twin bedroom etc. I availed the couple bedroom. The room service and amenities are good. Their swimming pool view is amazing. The resort is in a great location.

I would rate ‘0’ if possible. ????

Our room located on ground floor is terribly noisy!!! It’s mid night now and there are still constant noises of pushing luggage trolley and moving heavy stuff !!! It’s driving me insane!!!

It the worst of worst hotel I’ve ever experienced! Couldn’t be more frustrated! Hopefully I don’t have to stay awake to tomorrow morning.

The room definitely has insects. I got over 5 bites last night ????

If you want good rests, don’t come to this rubbish place.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it's super spacious. We booked pool access , direct access to the pool at any time.

Room : Neat, clean, Spacious. Staffs are super friendly.

Food : International cuisine ( good options for veg as well ) ... There are 2-3 chefs where you can customize as well on spot.

- Direct access to beach
- walkable distance to patong shops and nightlife

My recommendation: Try to get Pool Access and compare the price directly, agoda and booking.com and choose wisely.

Perfect location in a quiet area(only a 20’ walk from Bangla road). The hotel itself is huge and has some nice facilities like bowling/snooker/gym for when the weather is not that great however it could use some renovation. The only thing that needs a lot of improvement is that for 2 days in a row we had to queue for +- 20’ to be seated for breakfast (arrived at 9:45, got a table at 10:05 and the staff started to clear all the items at 10:30 as it is “breakfast buffet available until 10:30), this is not done. The restaurant where the breakfast takes place is not equipped to seat all guests resulting in long queues of people waiting for a table and a very chaotic atmosphere!

Room was nice, shower was good. About the only thing that's positive about this place. Otherwise over crowded, staff were rude and made us wait to checkout, when there wasn't anything wrong with the room at all, the cleaner didn't even change the sheets, she left the old sheets on the bed and just made the bed. Breakfast was very average/ordinary, nothing spectacular about it at all.

Overall experience was very poor and dismal. Would not recommend.
