Rooms were good for the price. They were quite too. Breakfast was outstanding. Housekeeping cleaned the room, refilled the toiletries and changed the towels everyday. The down sides are that the property is too far from the beach and the bathroom used to clog everything one I showered. Overall, a good experience.

We came right a week after Thailand opened the border. We booked this very comfortable place in Patong. Lovely.
It was cheap, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, it is just in the middle of patong neighbourhood where I see many woman around and music so loud, but it's acceptable ???????????? I'd def would love to stay here again next time

They tried to open my room door without my request or a sign. Ultimately, they blamed a cleaner who I have not seen before for the problem, either way no one should ever try open your door without knocking. This is rude and disrespectful. There is an overt amount of foreign interference and I don't appreciate the aggressive undertone I felt from the foreign men who frequent and seem to lay some type of claim at the hotel. Ultimately, the hotel made me feel unsafe for the first time in Thailand and it's not good! Solo people and couples be aware of this hotel for the following reasons.

Awful, overpriced place. Receptionist didn't return us our deposit. Wierd smell everywhere. Rooms dirty and very old equipment. Never again Phuket! It's the worst place in whole Thailand and never again this hotel. Everyone should avoid it!

Not so good, No room service at all. 2 persons doing all the work, like room cleaning, toilet cleaning preparing breakfast, No restaurant in the hotel it's a 1/2 star hotel but yes. ....if you're looking for a budget. ....only money money then this one is okay. But no hygiene at all.

A superb hotel and staffs were really gentle and helpful. Have every facilities including wifi. Loved the place and recommend others too.
