They do have budget friendly options for longer stays and the morning view from balcony is good. I would recommend it for friends and couples. We could also book day tours from the reception.

Most welcoming place in Patong, if not in Phuket, the owner Luca is a lovely person always there to help. The hotel itself is a very nice accomodation, very close to anything but at the same time far enough to avoid noise from the streets. I strongly suggest it to anyone.

We stayed for 8 days. The service was great. They clean the room everyday and change the towels. You get value for the money you pay.

Supper nice hotel you can find in Patong beach, quiet and relaxing area, the rooms always are cleaned everyday, you can rent a scooter right at the hotel and the owners are very friendly as well. Plan to stay one day, end up stay 5 nights here ????

Wifi wasn’t working well in my room, so I told the manager I would need to check out early. She immediately said she would not return my deposit and didn’t believe me about the wifi not working. We went to my room and I showed her the poor wifi. She then agreed to return my deposit after she would confirm with her partner, then never got back to me and kept my deposit. Also, the bathroom had tiny ants, some mildew, and no soap or shampoo. Two good things are it’s cheap and quiet, not much else.

The hotel is super comfortable very clean and the owner of the hotel literally helps you with everything.
He doesn't force you to buy some trip or some other stuff but he is super honest and just gives you the correct advice based on your needs.
I totally recommend the hotel also for a good position in the city with the motorbike you can reach all the best places in the city super fast.

Amazing experience!

All the Staff is extremely friendly and helpful they gave me all information about excursion, best beaches, eatery etc...

Room are large clean and fully equipped with mini bar, air-conditioning and balcony with nice view of the forest.

Perfect for solo trip or with group of Friends.

Probably one of the best solution to stay in Patong just 5 minutes from the beach by scooter (they also provide you motorcycle).

I will came back in November.
