I have had an unforgettable vacation there ... The place is very quiet but very close to the center and the rooms are clean and spacious. The price of the hotel lets you have the money to do many things in Phuket.

Budget hotel. Nice handy pool. Has TV, WIFI. King size bed comfy. Fridge good. Shower has good hot water. Balcony. Has a safe which is good as room door and balcony locks would be easy to break in.
There are new owners who seem to still be sorting out some issues. No regular cleaner at moment but if you ask they can organize something and change towels.
Good place for a single guy or couple on budget. Is a bit run down and worn but was okay for me.
Handy location on Nanai road with bars outside walking distance and 7-Eleven very close. Supply your own water.
Overall I am happy enough staying here.

I give this hotel a lot of leeway because it's very inexpensive, but the place is really run down and the whole time I was there I could not get internet. Further I had to ask for things like towels and toilet paper. On the upside the location is good and the AC worked properly

Positive: very good value for money frnch owned so small language problem but then again i cannot speak french but whenever they were asked to do something they done it so all in all very good. Negative: nothing really.

Positive: Easy to book transfer back to Krabi with the lovely lady in reception.. Negative: Was too noisy as right on the side of a very very busy main road..

Positive: clean, space. Negative: very bad WIFI, far from beach. not really to talk English.
