This restaurant cum hotel is a wonderful place to dine and live at. The whole staff is amiable and cooperative. Cleanliness is prevalent here. Everything is taken care of. They also support in finding out right tourist destinations for the visitors in reasonable price.

Unless you enjoy mould in your rooms and the smell of it I highly suggest adding more to your budget and staying elsewhere.

I regret even setting foot in the place. Horrible rooms, far beyond misleading reviews and pictures of them. Sheets have an awful musky smell and mould growing. Doors to the bathroom were rotting. Bugs all over the ground. Wall where the aircon sits has mould. We had paid for four nights, couldn't get passed the first. We found another hotel down the road that was far better (can happily recommend) Feel free to stay here, you have been warned.

We had a meal at this restaurant tonight and it was awful. We ordered spring rolls and satay chicken for starter. We only received the spring rolls before the main and they were slightly burnt - but we were hungry and ate them. We ordered chicken and cashew nuts u0026 a Thai green curry for the main with rice. At first only the chicken and cashew nut showed up. The chicken had been deep fat fried but it was just about ok. I had to ask where my green Thai curry was - it came out a couple of minutes later. The sauce was a yellow water with only chicken in it and it tasted awful - not how it should be at all. As I was sending it back and refusing anything else then second starter came out - satay chicken- which again was just acceptable - but why had it come out after the main?

The food was just not good enough at all and it has been the first time in 14 years I have ever sent a meal back.

As a footnote I’m glad my hotel was not to far away as I didn’t feel too well after it if you know what I mean.

Perhaps the usual chef was off tonight but if that was the standard of food it just wasn’t good enough.

I have given 2 stars only due to the owner's attitude.... Read on if you want to know more
We only had food here and the taste was always good, except once we got take away at night (Chicken biryani and a side of cucumber raitha which was 180THB). The biryani was good however the raitha was very watery and the yougurt was sour. We didn't mind this and went on to eat here three more times as we liked the food and during our final visit the owner insisted me to write a review.

I said the food was good except for that one day when we got take away the raitha was bad so I would be happy to give 4 starts. The owner got upset and said not to give a review if I was gonna give 4 stars moreover he did not even apologize for the bad yogurt which I paid for let alone providing a refund. Then he went out and should a completely rude attitude by staring at us while he was smoking when we left.

He is a nice guy when you don't criticise and give him 5 stars, but shows his real side when you want to give an honest review. I would have given 5 stars at least if he had apologized for the bad raitha.
