Not a big fan of Patong, but this hotel is well located in a side and quite street. The service is basic but in general nice. Good connection and the room was clean. Few things to be improved are the smell in the toilet and the fridge that was not possible to use because no plugs were available. Also the tv was not working. In the overall, if you need to spend 2 days in Patong I would recommend this hotel.

I didn’t like this hotel at all. It’s basic, outdated. TV wasn’t working. Cleaning definitely wasn’t on point.. for clean towels you need to ask yourself. The only pro is that it is located in street which isn’t super loud and quite close to city center. The staff, let’s say not the hospitality gurus, they have some really messed up rules and they could be more service minded.

One night coming home with takeout food from other restaurant we got stopped in reception and got roasted, that we can’t eat it our room, that if we want to eat our food, we need to come down and eat it in their restaurant. Excuse me, if I am paying customer, payed for the stay, I think I’m allowed to consume food and drinks in my room.

The night when we were leaving, the pick up was arranged. We went down to the reception at 2:30am, receptionist sleeping- fair enough, it’s middle of night. After waking him up, he even bother to turn on the lights, because it’s sleeping time for him. I’m sorry, which kind of service it is?

Amazing food here I ordered seafood basket which is amazing very good garnishing and excellent in taste. Specially lobster and ???? prawns. They charged me genuine rate and played my favorite music in the restaurant which make my dinner fabulous.

Awesome food and nostalgic Bollywood music... A great combination in the hot Phuket sun... Great veg and non veg options in the menu with ginger licking mouth watering taste.. do try the place if you're near Patong beach and craving for some authentic Indian taste...

we stayed the days we were in Phucket, it has a very good location to go to the beach or go out at night. the hotel reflects the price-quality ratio. Very good attention. and as for the restaurant there is a variety of very delicious dishes.

Behavior of the staff was very rude. We were promised an early check in via email and when we reached we were made to sit for more than an hour. When we demanded a room as per the email conversation, they said "we agreed that is why you came here. But you have to wait now or elsewhere." That too in a very harsh tone. The person was Anmol who behaved so badly. We were so tired. We included myself my wife my daughter and a 72 year old man.

Location is perfect , worth for money but there was smell in all areas of hotel and even though bedsheets and blankets were dirty, they need to improve hygiene standards.
