Very helpful owner and clean rooms including everything you need.

I can really recommend this place, you can also rent motorbikes.

Really good located, everything around you can reach by walk.

The owner explained a lot about local places And where to go, good guidance and conversations.

I had a great experience!

I have never had a bad experience in Thailand at a hotel like this one. Long story short, do not stay here because the owner tries to charge you upon leaving for breaking things that you did not break etc.

Really terrible hotel... Please don't even consider this hotel... U will definitely regret it for your rest of your life... I was given the room located at the highest floor. My pregnant wife and I have to climb 5 flight of staircase. Then the air conditioning wasn't working. I was declined to changed other rooms. I was given to standing fan as a substitute for an air conditioning... Cmon what a joke... My request for a room refund was decline and the manager even refused to speak to me to resolve the issue amicably. I have no choice but to leave the room with my heavily pregnant wife dragging 2 huge luggages from fifth floor to ground floor as there was no lift. It was already midnight and we were in the dark alleys with no other souls in sight and there we were looking for other hotel rooms. The staff was just staring at us for the whole duration of the incident.

The owner is very helpful and he will make sure that our needs are met. Thumbs up for the island hopping tour arrangement at a reasonable price. The massage recommended - is good too. Thank you v m

This place offers the greatest value for money we have experienced in a quite long while when it comes to international hotels. The rooms are new, nice, clean and as good a four stars hotel room as you'd ever find (even relatively speaking in Thailand) for this price. On top of that the hotel desk staff is awesome/pleasant/friendly and the hotel itself located most conveniently in Patong (very close to the center, main street of the town and almost next to Patong’s beach). Also would recommend staying in Patong which is our favored spot on the greater Phuket island when it comes to feeling still most of the real and cool Thai spirit. Also, if you like football you can spent some time talk about with Xavi, he’s like the Martin Tyler of s XXI. :)
This hotel also offering Tours, we did James Bond island tour and it was Absolute trip of a lifetime, they picked up at 8.30am then breakfast at marina. Speed boat to first island where we snorkeled u0026 looked around island. Then to James Bond island where we walked through, in u0026 around caves!! It was simply amazing!!

El hotel es la mejor opción en cuanto a calidad-precio que os podéis entontrar en Patong, en Phuket e incluso me atrevería a decir que en Tailadia. Las habitaciones las encontraréis siempre limpias y con una higiene absolutamente increíble en comparación con el resto de hoteles, aunque sea un hotel de 2 estrellas la limpieza y el trato es similar a cualquier cuatro estrellas que encontréis en Tailandia. Por otro lado, la gente de recepción está siempre dispuesta a ayudarte en cualquier tema lo que es de gran ayuda para que puedan comunicarse en tailandés para cualquier tipo de gestión. La localización es perfecta, muy cerca de la calle principal llena de bares, pero sin sufrir los ruidos nocturnos, también al lado de la playa de Patong. Sin duda, volvería a este hotel con los ojos cerrados, de lo mejor que os podéis encontrar en Tailandia. Además, si os gusta el futbol podéis tener más que una interesante charla con Xavi, uno de los dueños, que es algo así como el nuevo Maldini :)
El hotel también ofrece un servicio de tours, nosotros hicimos el de la isla de James Bond. Te recogen a las 8.30 en el hotel, te dan un desayuno y vas en “speed boat” hasta una serie de islas haciendo snorkel y acabas en la isla de James Bond. Muy muy recomendables con un trato exquisito. La gestión te la hacen directamente en el hotel sin que tengas que mover un dedo. Simplemente genial!

Stayed there with my boyfriend for reasonable price. The room was huge, the biggest room we ever stayed in. Everything was really clean and staff was super helpful. Good hotel ☺

I was in soho for 1 MONTH and everything still perfect, just canot smoke in room, but in the area restaurant have one terrace open 24 houers.
