Visited for the first time today, paid for a week membership 650 baht. Friendly staff and every piece of equipment you would ever need. A great feel to the place and really good opening hours.

Very good gym. If you like old school so many variations. And half the price of other gyms in the area for a monthly price. Very happy i joined

Excellent Gym. Has everything you need to do a workout, lots of 20kg plates and barbells, every resistance machine you can think of, friendly staff and even has a fitness nutrition store opposite. Yes the equipment isn't state of the art but that doesn't affect your workouts!

This place is well equipped.
Value for money is good, friendly staff.
They also have sauna.

You can find nearly all the gym equipments in here. Price list is in my photo. They also have protein station to boost up your fitness regime.

Sauna, shower, lockers, towel with a charging fee, a good place to work out while on your holiday.

Best gym in town. It's very cleaned,friendly services, loving the efficiency equipments,providing a hand soap and sink to wash hands before to use the gym,very genuine care,opening at 6am in the morning maybe good for ppl that will work out before will go to work or whoever that addicted to a morning vibes which you can walk to patong beach for less than 10 mins

I will definitely go back there again

They are providing a sauna and changing room all you need to take just ur working out outfits, bottle of water, other cleaned clothes, your towels, etc and enjoying your work out time there. They have a good preparing of a health care system.

Please if you are going to ask for 200 bath for a single entry at least leave the air conditioner on...The machines are old, not recommended at all
