Best hotel I have ever been too. Clean, great location. Big, beautiful rooms, huge pool.

Staff are friendly, prices are fair, hotel restaurant is the best.

My only minor compliant is how many light switches are spread through the room (around 9 switches) with no master switch for them. Also the expensive laundry costs.

Great vibe at this hotel and the location is central to everything. Very clean rooms and grounds and friendly staff. I found communication with staff at reception could be challenging, quite often daily housekeeping was not completed leaving us with no bottled water and wet towels. After coming back from big days out our request for some dry towels and water could not be carried out by reception. The pool bar staff are more than accommodating, especially Phad. The buffet breakfast has lots to choose from. I'd stay here again.

The hotel itself looks much better than in pictures. Lobby entrance is located in a small Street off the main road. The hotel is huge, it's obvious that the ground level rooms with pool access is the best selling rooms. The pool is huge, very nicely maintained and is the highlight of the place. The hotel decor is modern and clean. Location is great, a decent distance from all the party street noises. It's in front of the public beach but the water is brownish and not pleasant to swim in at all. The breakfast is totally not worth it, neither in quality nor quality which is strange for the large number of guests they have. Save the breakfast money and go to their restaurant in the main street would be a much better experience!

Nicely renovated room, great air conditioning, decent breakfast. But somewhat inattentive service, highly priced pool bar menu, inconsistent room cleaning/towel replacement experience. Live band played at restaurant at front of hotel nightly until late which could be heard clearly in rooms. If you have young kids or prefer early nights, this might not be what you want.

The worst experience ever

My reservation was deluxe room with beach front and when we entered the room there was a very bad smell, it was unbearable. So we asked to change to another room. all what they did at the end was to downgrade us to a room with lesser rate with no re-embracement of any kind. Surprisedly, two managers were involved and they were worthless!

The reception in this hotel couldn’t be worst, literally.

It’s location to be honest was great. However the rooms needed tones of maintenance.

Would never recommend it to anyone! Would never be back to it.

Visited this place with my girls, and it was an absolute delight. We were served by NEW who was extremely sweet and accommodating. The Mussamam curry was something we enjoyed the most.
Ask for NEW when you visit here for the best smile and friendly service :)

We visit for dinner only. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to look after the kids. The food is lovely prices as expected for this style of restaurant. Great to hear a live band.
