I stayed at the Tulip Inn for 3 months mid Aug to mid Nov 2021. Room was large and very nice, great location, and room cleaning was excellent. I miss my morning walks on Patong Beach right outside the front door. The rate paid versus the quality of the room and location was high value. I have some great memories of my time in Phuket and at this hotel.

Do not book this hotel. I booked and paid for it through Agoda for five days and it has no working TV, let alone cable TV as stated in the details of hotel. Although, the contracted product was not delivered, a refund was not even pursued by Agoda. I will think twice booking through Agoda again as it appears to be in cohort with the hotels.

Don't let past reviews give you too much of a false impression. The place has recently gotten new management, and our stay in Tulip Inn was great!
Nice sized, clean rooms. Fine showers, decent and well kept beds. Very short walk from the beach too.
Only issue that some might find, would be the lack of an elevator.

Had a great room overlooking the shops and the beach at the end of the road. Quiet large room, very friendly and polite staff (young lady who also sells fresh coconuts daily curtesy of supporting and caring owner). Will stay again

It is more of a hostel than a hotel with basic amenities and with excellent customer service. We had a family room with a king bed and a folding bed, a cabinet, safe, tv, electric kettle. We booked early and paid less than 1500baht for 2 nights dec29-dec31 which was surprisingly low given that the hotel is very near patong beach. I recommend it for those who value more the location of hotel compare to room appearance.

We booked this hotel for one night during our time in Phuket and were very disappointed. The room looked nothing like on the pictures and the hotel surely does not live up to a 3 star standard.
Rooms are run down, furniture is rusty, room door is flimsy and could be opened easily by people with bad intentions.

The owner was totally uncooperative and hostile towards us when we addressed these issues.

Save yourself the trouble and stay in one of the many other great hotels around Phuket.

We enjoyed our stay at the Tulip Inn. The location is great, good security, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel staff is friendly when you can find them.

Do NOT eat at the Sixth Resteraunt down the street.
