Good hotel..but not elevator ????????..No lifts was a little strange thing for me. We had to carry some of our luggage to the room ourselves with no lifts. Good breakfast, front view of Patong beach, just a road cross takes you to the beach.Clean rooms and descent room service. Overall good stay. Many good Indian food outlets nearby.

Nice location, Just in front of beach. Very comfortable when I stayed with my family. Very clean room. Friendly staff and always ready to help. We had flight in mid night and they packed our breakfast. That was truly amazing.

On the beach. Breakfasts were fantastic. Upgrade our room to an fantastic room. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Didn't mind the stairs. Restaurant very good for drinks and other meals. Rooms were so clean. Nice restaurants and shops all around the hotel. We will be back for sure. Enjoyed and loved every minute.

Worst hotel to stay at. Bathroom u0026 drain, inside room smelt like sewage! No elevator so taking the stairs it was. The only positive thing about this hotel was the free breakfast and location but other than that would not recommend. Noisy at night from street. The food downstairs at the restaurant was not nice and very disappointing. Worst service when checking out, had to pay for lost slippers that were lost at the hotel. For a first time in Thailand this was such a let down. Family was disappointed by this hotels service.

This property is situated on the beach only. It gives very good access to local market and Bangla Road. The hotel is beach front but its actual main entrance is in street alongside and the front portion caters a restaurant. Although it does not restrict entries from front too but it is hard to notice the hotel because of less visible branding. The staff is efficient and supportive which will lead to your comfortable stay. It has various room types and I got a budget deal for me. It has a rooftop restaurant and pool too. The pool is not big but has a jacuzzi. Rooms are nice and comfy.

It's very disappointing and unpleasant stay at The Royal Palm Beach front, Phuket. Compared to other hotel, it is too costlier and at the same time it lacks in some basic amenities like ventilation and balcony attached to the deluxe room as declared on its site. There is a balcony (not attached with the rooms) outside the corridor of 1st floor, common for all the rooms in that floor, which was not allowed to access for us. When I was checking the balcony (facing the Phuket beach), after checking into the hotel, one staff asked me to leave the balcony immediately and he then locked it's door so that no one can roam around the balcony. Strange! Again, we've been misguided by the pictures of it on its site. The hotel is not so big as shown in pictures, and not so fascinating as declared. The room has only one power socket.
With this price, one can easily find more attractive hotels in Phuket.
And there's no such proper swimming pool at hotel. It's basically a small water reservoir with blue tiles inside it.
So, I'd like to suggest everyone whoever is going to book hotels in Phuket, that please don't go to this hotel as the hotel as shown in picture and as declared in it's site is little different.

Very nicely setup room. My room had no natural light but helped with blue led lighting. Step out the door straight into the busy beach road shops and restaurants. Extremely good value for the money I paid. Would stay there again without thinking twice.
