The place is good for pictorial. But if you see in the detail is badly maintain and not so good clealiness. I've stay in room 312.
The first time arriving i Park my car outside and walk in as inside the parking is full. When I walk in I got some urgent call from my work place the security guard is doing his good job approaching me. But he ask me "Why are you here?" While I talking on the phone in the hotel parking, of course I came to check in!! . I may wear short and t-shirt with flipflop, but this not approach the guests maybe?
The room lock is not working properly.
Hard time to lock room when we away.
The rain shower head in the room is stuck. Then I dont know which genius just choose the drill the hole in middle. So the water that come out is like water with high gardener tap.
The room skirting is dirt with white paint. The pool umbrella stand metal is expose risk of tripping and got cut from the umbrella stand legs.
The water heater under the sink is off for some reason before check in. I have to turn in on by myself.
The LED strip looking pretty at night but all wiring is a mess. I'm not sure if it 220v. If it does this quite dangerous.
I've stay with 3 friend we pay 2 extra duvet and pillow. And we bought the floating pool breakfast package as the FO staff recommend for 500thb. But when we check out we just realize that that 500thb for 2 person floating breakfast is only the floating cost we have to pay 300 thb per person (2 ppl total) for breakfast cost also. Seem this not clearly discuss at first. Never mind....
The breakfast variaty is low. Also the table full of any and insect. I maybe natural lover, but for this price of hotel this not good.
The pool suction line filter got no mesh grill. This danger for the little kids as the pool entrapment standard.
The grass at the side of walkway is sharp and not cut properly. I event got my legs cut from that.
The minibar snack in the room is dusty maybe not many people touch it for long time?
Finally we stay 4 person and pay for all extra cost, however they set up all amenity for 4 person, but not the soap and conditioner.
The room sound proofing is bad. You will enjoy the natural walking jumping sound of guest who stay above your room.
It not worst stay but it also not good. And the full price(not calculate any discount are: room 3700thb + food 600thb + floating bucket fee(not include breakfast fee) 500thb + 2extraset of duvet 900thb)
I think they charge too pricy for what I've got.... not really recommend this place.
The only good thing about here is air-conditioning are fully function.
