If you like a privacy, i think you will like this place. It is not many customer. I feel like this is a condominium but if you need to cook, they hav only hotpot for coffee only. The very good point is it near many famous places like seen space and plearn waan.

Nice little condominium on the outskirts of Hua Hin. There are two pools; one shallower for the kids and a long, but slightly deeper, pool that can be used for swimming lengths if you are wanting to do anything like that!?
The only downside, is that you really do need a car to make getting around easier...

The beach isn't too far away either - overall, a nice place to stay for a few days!

A nice and cozy place. The swimming pool is the highlight of this place. It is huge and covers almost the whole compound. It is also situated near the local beach. Only a few minutes walk. Although, the only negative thing about this place is that it operates like a condo. It doesn't have free WiFi and their staffs are only there until 6 in the evening. That means no room services and any other enquiries will have to be done so on the next morning.

It is well away from the town centre about 4km transport is a must and I would not like to walk back to this place in the night, down dimly lit roads. The room was 1200Baht a night in hindsight if we had known it was so far out we would have booked a deluxe suite at hotel in the city with a room twice the size of this room at only 1300Baht that included WIFI, breakfast and had a sky bar, restuarant and was in the centre of town with car parking.

The cable tv in the room is not catering for foreigners. The TV was not working but was fixed after contacting them. This is an apartment and not a hotel, you will find this out when you try to check in.

We would not have stayed had we known but we had committed to it on booking site with no cancellation policy so we only stayed the one night.

Great "air-bnb" place to stay. Out of the way, good prices, beautiful property, with pool, gardens, security, but NO Enlish TV channels and NO WIFI!!!! ;)
