5 star bed, very comfortable mattress. New bathrooms and overall hotel condition is great! Good furniture in the rooms as well.
Cleaner comes everyday, we even asked to not change towels because they clean room so extra, that some services we don’t even need.
We stayed in connecting rooms for family, a great option if you have kids or elderly parents.
The only disadvantage is that hotel doesn’t have breakfast included, but in-front of it there is villa market with lots of food options for foreigners, actually many foreigners stays in that area.
If you eat Thai food than in walkable distance (2-4 min) around hotel there is plenty Thai food cafes, we found a street cafe just at the corner that sells really delicious Thai food for 45 b (rice with chicken and egg).
We been asked for 1.000 b deposit when checked in, which is unusual, but got it back with no problems.
Would love to stay there again.

I was quite shock when I reached the hotel as I was not expecting the location was a bit isolated and not welcoming from the outside. The picture shown are the other side of the hotel. It was far from any other places but easy to book grab.

There's no aircond even at the lobby and I didn't see any other tourist than us. We were given connecting room with window but actually you are not allowed to open it...

We request to change to another room but charged another cost so we decided not to. Aircond took forever to cool and I've been coughing the whole night as there's no fresh air.

My friend said there was some strange sounds at night but I will let you wonder on that ????

No breakfast or welcome drink and need 1000 deposit. There were 4 of us but get only one room card.

Overall it was okay but I will not stay in this villa again.

Advantages: rooms is comfortable, clean every day and nice simple style. WiFi ???? is fast. Beautiful 1 floor, where you can sit in the evening. Staf is very nice. I asked the room with the best view, because it was important for my creation mood, and I got it. Thank you ????
Disadvantages: rooms is not so big (for me, I was alone - ok). You need car or motorbike or taxi. Location is near highway far from the city centre and beaches, impossible to walking. Breakfast is no reach. There are no restaurant in the hotel, but you can take a food in the restaurant across from the road.

the hotel is relaxing and new, located near a beach and a non-chaotic park, the services and food are excellent, the staff very friendly, taxi service convenient and rooms well conditioned and clean like the rest of the structure ..I take this opportunity to greet the staff..thanks for everything ..

Small but clean u0026 nice room. There is a market in front of hotel. Very good place to stay.

Good place to stay. Next to villa market. Room is not big, but very nice and also a perfect bed.
