Nice Hotel, well equipped with everything you might need. Breakfast Buffet might be more impressive in other places but it's still very good. In the rooms you can see that the Hotel has already made some years... But still OK. The "beach" isn't really there... It come at night with the sinking tide. They have a free shuttle service to the city a few times a day... Because the hotel is around 5km out of the center. No shopping or eating options in the neighborhood! All in all it was overpriced. But I enjoyed the stay there...

this is a nice hotel. there's a big pool that goes under a small ornate bridge, a smaller one for children and even a pool bar, with a long happy hour from 3-6 or something. also play area for kids and the beach is right on the doorstep. rooms are nice and spacious, good facilities throughout.

The resort is located a couple of kilometers from the city center and seemed to be popular with retirees mostly. There is a free shuttle provided by the hotel a few times a day between resort and city center, however, I would recommend renting motorcycle, which provides more freedom of movement around the city and surrounding area. There is no beach nearby, however, the hotel grounds and nice pool are well maintained although rooms begin to show age and lack of maintenance. Breakfast buffet offers plentiful variety with good quality. Staff is extremely nice at all times. The internet is not great, it’s slow and disconnects frequently.

The room was clean and the breakfast was lovely with some good options. The resort is quite tired and not well maintained. The rooms are also tired. The resort is some distance out of town. While there are several free shuttles which the hotel runs throughout the day, these are often full/at capacity and you often have to pay for a taxi into Hua Hin anyway. While it is on the beach, during the day, it is high tide so you can't access the beach. At night, the tide is out, but by then it's dark and you can't really see the beach to use it.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with very friendly helpful staff. The manager, Yulia also met with us and a refreshing drink was made available to us. We were upgraded to an ocean view room, which was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king size bed. The room is located right on the shoreline, and although I enjoyed the sound of the waves against the seawall, it may annoy others when the tide is high. All the hotel staff had a happy manner and any request was attended to, happily and quickly.
The room did show a little wear and tear and could do with some maintenance to repair water damage in the ceilings but if you are like us, you will be outside enjoying the beautiful pool or exploring everything HuaHin has to offer.
I would recommend staying at The Imperial

Nice hotel not very far from downtown with hotel shuttle.
Nice breakfast and good food at the restaurant.

Pool area in the middle is nice and big. Good for children and family

Little park next door with some playground for the kid and a little beach access.

Stayed there for 2 nights (2 u0026 3 Mar 2018). Checked in at around 4:30 to 5:30pm Bangkok's time. Ours is a group of 3 families checked in by a local tour guide. Waited for almost 20 -30 minutes before my family of 5 peoples was given a triple and a double room next to each other. To our horrors both the rooms have NOT been cleaned up yet. The beds , the bathrooms , etc was not cleaned up at all. We were asked to wait while they call for the housekeeping staff and subsequently we were given 2 rooms far from each others. Was informed this is supposed to be a 5 STARS hotel
Were there no communications between the front desk and housekeeping?
Can they sell rooms before cleaning them?
