What a beautiful hotel I just stayed in. Another class example of Thailand top class service along with value for money. I can't say enough of all these beautiful places I have been to.
I loved everything about it.
This hotel has it all with a top class sea view and pool ????????????

Everything was good. I have stayed here twice.

Budget local hotel (with special discount from Booking.com) right next to Hua Hin (Khao Takiab) beach.

Food at hotel is so-so.. don't bother to purchase breakfast here.. I think it isn't worth or room service food.. Nah.. not worth.

You can order from delivery platform to eat in. (There're cutlery set in the room.)

The room type I stayed was 1-bedroom suite, not a sea view.. which is the point of choosing the hotel with beach front. There's a connected door to the next room if you book for 2 family.. then you can enjoy having more space. But if you book just for 1 fam', the next room noise is a bit annoying.

Anyway.. it's quiet for weekdays and this hotel is near Cicada market. But to be aware, if you choose to be here during national/public holiday, there'll be couple kids from couple families here.. It's a trade for staying near the flea market.
And if you want to go to the night market (Chatsila market), it's just 10-15 min drive.

I gave 4 stars because there was hair left at the dinning chairs.. it's kind of um.. gross but other things work well in the room.

One more thing, there's a 25m pool with kids pool connecting. And there's a bar and massage parlour around. The massage was great!

Next to the beach and nice view from big pool, you need to book big rooms to have sea view, small room like mine are next to the restaurant and noisy during breakfast.
Staff are so polite and helpful.
With this price of small room you can find a quiet room next to the beach.
Anyway it’s a nice place if you are a big family.

Depend on the price, you can put beach front rooms in your list.

Very very poor service of staffs. Old hotel finnally, I recommend do not stay at this place. :(

No elevator for low zone building, not easy for elderly to climb the steep stairs. Breakfast is boring. Room is very basic, nothing fancy.
