Overall we had a good weekend getaway, but for the money spent it was not really worth it.
The pros:
Beautiful building and beautiful rooms. Beachfront. The pool is not so big but it's still very nice. Walking distance to Cicada market.
The cons:
The hotel have been opened just a few months ago after COVID and still they seems to manage it at a low cost level. The cafe was closed, the bar at the pool was closed and the restaurant was opened but with a very limited menu (but cheap tho).
The room are very nice and clean but i have hard to understand why you build this big nice balconies and not add any furnitures to them? I had to carry out the chairs and table inside the room every time I wanted to sit there which was annoying.
The breakfast is very poor unless you don't want to eat Thai food for breakfast. You can order "American breakfast" ala carte for free, but it's cheap tasteless chicken sausages, cheap ham (one of the day, the other day ham was finished) bacon and egg.
First day they had a pancake station also which was not too bad but second day they had removed it.
Another thing is that it's weird that they have the pool beachfront but you can't actually walk down to the beach, it's 2-3 meters down and there is no stairs. You have to walk around the building to get down.
At the pool our second day they hadn't provide any mattress for the sum chairs. I went and asked for it and first reaction i got back was "you can lay on your towel", but when I said again i want the mattress she went and get it for us. But just for us, the other people at the pool (that hadn't bother to ask i guess) still didn't got any...
If the price would have been 1000-2000 THB per night here it would have been ok anyway with those things mentioned, but when I'm paying 7000 THB for 2 nights I'm expecting more actually.
