I stayed as a short term tenant for 5 months.
The landlord and maintenance were quite lovely people and extremely helpful. The area is beautiful and well kept. The rent was reasonable, but the electric cost per unit is quite high. We were able to negotiate the electric down a bit but it was still pretty high each month. It is far from the city center but it's so calm and relaxing.
