OK this is not an easy hospital to navigate but some staff can speak English if jot use translation for your department. 1. Register at window 1 with passport 2. Request doctor you want 3. They issue you with a card go to that department directions are not clear but signs are in English too give them the card and take your blood pressure 3.they will give you an appointment time. Urology is only on Tuesday and Thursday FYI. Haven't gone through the payment process yet will update when I do. I'm quite happy so far but would definitely be very tired if I was fairly sick as alot of walking around. There is the premium clinic option too. 5th floor of building 2.

I went to prenium clinic ..no queue with a reasonable fee of 590 bt to see doctor i recommend it as nice staff and very listening doctor ..for exams and test better be with speaking thai friend as the rest of hospital is thai public hospital ..

We were on holidays in Hua Hin in December 2021 and were asked to go to this hospital to take day 5 -7 PCR test. I was surprised that we were not given a choice as we wanted to go privately as opposed to a local hospital. I totally sympathize with the hospital staff being overwhelmed with a demand of these tests for tourists as well as their daily duties. However, my low rating is towards the staff conducting the PCR test. It was shockingly painful as I felt they were taking swab of the brain as opposed to the nose. But the worst thing was that they did the same to my 3 year old child. Despite saying I want to do it myself for my child, but they said if I do it it's not valid despite saying they can supervise. My child was in excruciating pain. I don't understand how they can handle children on par with adults, surely children require a more delicate touch.

I had sudden abdominal pain and vomiting and was rushed into this hospital's ER department on one night at 1am. The doctor and nurses could speak english. Passport is needed for registration.

Registration was quick which was important as I was in great pain at the time. I was given some IV painkillers and have my blood extracted soon after rolling into the ER room. Then I was sent to the X Ray room to take x-ray of my abdomen.

After waiting for around an hour or so for the blood test the pain subsided and the doctor said she could not find anything serious like bowel obstruction so I was discharged with some medicine at 4am. The whole ordeal costed me around 2300 Baht which is not too costly and I am ok with that, as abdominal pain can be very deadly. One thing that I hope the hospital could improve is the sanitation. There were many flies and mosquitoes in the permises which presents a health risk to the patients.

Very unorganised. We arrived to get a PCR test and didn't know where to go. There were several long lines in front of the hospital. After 15 minutes we were asked to switch to a different line (which was the longest). 30 minutes passed and the line doesn't seem to be shortened, we left and go to a different hospital.

A hospital where you have to wait all day to get to talk to the doctor, eventhough the hospital made an appointment. The nurse was not polite at all and the service was far worst. If i could give 0 star I wouldn't need to think about it.

I had a hip operation at the beginning of the year. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital, the quality of care was excellent. Cleanliness would put a lot of western hospitals to shame.
