Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was well decorated with a lovely comfortable bed with soft sheets. There is also a kettle in the room. Unfortunately we didn't find any English. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had in Thailand, a good selection of fresh homemade Thai food, fruit, juice, coffee and biscuits and cake. There is also an elevator and parking. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Excellent guesthouse in quiet easy location. Close to the beach and play park on the beach. Super clean rooms and large comfortable beds. Building has water purifier and you can feel the difference in the shower. Has elevator for those of us who hate stairs. Plenty of parking and camera security. Owner run and operated and they are great. Super helpful and kind. She also speaks excellent English. Flat screen T.V. with 100's of channels. Super fast WiFi. All rooms have nice balconies with the upper floors has really nice views. Daily weekly and monthly rates. I loved the place and stayed 3 months.

Everything awesome.
Building interior staff and also super clean.

On the weekend bikers coming from BKK.
Special party.
Big bike rental and restaurant inside for me very good.
If you want they cleaning your bikes. Just ask them. They are fantastic.

I eat breakfast always at 7 o'clock. They open later the restaurant
That's why not 5 stars

I love this place , as its facing temple on the front , and on the left you could see the beach if you live on the 4th or 5th floor, The place is really quiet and calm comparing to those stays in city and tourist area , price wise is affordable. At night , on the very end of the road to the highway there is a club if you want to drink.
