Decent rooms decent price. Location wasn't amazing but would stay here again.

The Hotel Party Week End.
We stayed one month there because 6000 bahts very attractive price monthly.(electricity 8 bahts for 1 kwh not included).

Very quiet place from Monday to Friday morning.
The daily staff is great and helpful.

Otherwise,
It is a party hotel from Friday night to Sunday morning most of the time.
And the owner could not disagree with us about this point.
But maybe he does not know because he does not live there.

The nightly staff does not care if you would complain about the noise.
People are around 25 years old the week end.
They drink and listen to music and the staff allows this rule.
But we are not 25 years old ...That is the point!
Believe me! People play cards and music all the night.
We tried this place many week ends.
It was the same bad story most of the time.
We complained with the neighbours.
They kept going the noise because they perfectly knew the nightly staff let them free doing anything.

We especially are looking for peacefull place .
It is our main requirement.

By the way, this hotel is perfect for young people during the week end .
They may act with freedom because there are no rules.

What really are you looking for?
Cheap place does not mean noisy.

I forgot a little detail:
My girlfriend is Thai and she perfectly knows Thai culture.

Not a nice hotel. Looked clean but I got bird on my leg from bed bugs. People were nice and helpful but it was not too good. Bad night. Checked out the next day.

We stayed here for the weekend it was a great find. Everything was kept spotlessly clean during my stay there. Has all the amenities you need. The traffic is easy to navigate. I recommend a visit here simply for their hospitality. Do yourself a favor and stay closer to the action.

It's close to the main highway that runs through the city but you have to hop on the public transport to go to the market. The location was in easy reach of the dowwntown entertainment district. Staff was attentive and helpful. Easy to get a songtaew about 100 meters away.

Arrived there and the room we reserved over phone had been rented to some one else who arrived before us. Not good had to search for another hotel late at night. Could not find one so had to drive to BKK.

Not really close to the beach, the rooms are nice and clean but there is no elevator and the facilities are basic. For the price you pay is OK.
