I think this hotel is an outstanding value. Very clean and friendly staff. I think some of the negative comments should be taken with a grain of salt. The AC is not as load as some had me expect. We are in the tropics and occasional roaches should not be a surprise or concern to anyone. The property is not perfect, but for the money, I say it is outstanding.

My room was downgraded! And no one told me so! I had to figure out myself, communicate with 4 people, so at the end they gave me at least the money difference. But that's it! No compensation for changed vacation for the worse, no one cared. They just gave my room to someone else.

Location is not bad if you want to be in the city center with other tourists. The bad was comfy.

Con: Air con too loud and can't be changed. ...ground floor room #1 you can hear the TV from the night reception. Bed for me too soft.

Pro: hot water wonderful and nice strong

Staff quite nice, but hotel a bit old, my room water pipe jam, flood after shower. Can forget about the balcony inside the room, no nice view. But is ok for budget tour.

Nice hotel, near everything at walking distance. Rooms are big and well renovated, staff is helpful and very kind

This place was great. Very close to everything. Room big and nice. Got a cheaper walk in rate than internet
