Spend nearly 2,5 week there. Old but in good condition ????....
The staff friendly, just start the breakfast again. Not much customer there. You can reach the Soi Bintabhat/ Soi Salawan in a few minutes. A small street food market is close too. Swizz Restaurant, and the obligation of Massage salons you will find a lot there too.

We ended up extending our stay by a couple of nights because we were that impressed. Our room was fan only which, in July, was comfortable enough. Shared bathrooms were kept very clean. Our balcony (bonus!) looked out onto the back garden but you could also see the sea. Staff are friendly and keep the place spotless! Every morning we had 2 bottles of water at our door. Lovely outdoor area downstairs with 2 pool tables and table ping-pong. Hotel close to the beach, many restaurants - both Thai and Western, shops and bars too. Would stay here again!

Didn’t expect that this hotel has so much more to offer even for big groups. Their family room is spacious and clean. My kids love the hotel because it's just a block away from the beach. What’s more surprising is that they have tablet and laptop area at the lobby, which you can use for free. Amazing! Overall, I’d rate this hotel a 5/5!

Rooms are good for the price you pay! The owner Charlie is very funny and accommodating. The hotel is located in a quiet location but not far from the beach, night markets, and famous spots. I also loved their garden! All in I had a good stay and would definitely come back. 5/5!

Ideally located. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the night market and clock tower. Everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. There's also a daily housekeeping. Don’t worry if you can't communicate using the local language, the staff can communicate well in English. Overall, good value for your money!

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Sofia Hotel Guesthouse for the last 4 days, where we booked a standard double room with private bathroom. Although the room was small, it was perfectly functional and had all the facilities required for a short stay. The bathroom was probably the most functional we've experienced in all our stays around the world. The location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly. The cleanliness was second to none.
