Once in room we noticed that the balcony door was broken. You couldn't close it. It looked like it had been broken into, as the room was positioned directly above the roof of the restaurant below. (Incomprehensible to me that in eight hours the room cannot be checked properly whether everything is in order) We had to wait another two hours.
In addition, all the doors lack noise insulation - unfortunately you are woken up from next door all the time (the other guests can't help it).
After four days we had rain on the balcony because the upper air conditioning had pissed. We reported it immediately, but unfortunately nothing was done there either. Apart from lazy excuses there was nothing (!).
Swimming pool - if you want to catch something, then please (!!) just take a jump! That's enough. I wonder when it was last cleaned.

We always liked to book with "Victor" in Hua hin.
Unfortunately that is over for good.
Last year we had a baby snake in the bathroom because the drainage channel was not properly connected. (I wondered where the mother was (...), when asked about it, they said it could only be worms. Well cheers carnation !! This should now be appetizing?) There is a huge difference between worm and snake, even in the way they move)
The company has not been run by the father of the namesake for a long time and I have to say that you EXACTLY notice this.

Es war eine reine Katastrophe.
Wir haben zwei Woche gebucht für 445 Sfr.
Angekommen am 06h00 am Morgen und gewartet bis 14h00 zum Check in.Bis dato noch alles in Ordnung.
Ein Mal in Zimmer bemerkten wir dass die Balkontüre defekt war .Man konnte sie nicht schließen.So wie es aussah war eingebrochen worden,da das Zimmer direkt über dem Dach des darunterliegenden Restaurants positioniert war. (Unverständlich für mich dass man in acht Stunden , Zimmer nicht richtig kontrollieren kann ,ob alles in Ordnung ist ) Wir mussten nochmalig volle zwei Stunden warten.
Dazu kommt ,dass allenTüren die Lärmisolation fehlt - man wird leider die ganze Zeit von nebenan geweckt (die andern Gäste können nichts dafür).
Nach vier Tagen hatten wir Regen auf dem Balkon ,da die oberen Klimaanlagen gepisst hatten.Gemeldet haben wir es sofort ,aber es wurde leider auch da nichts unternommen. Ausser faulen Ausreden war da nix(!).
Swimmingpool - wer sich da etwas einfangen möchte , dann bitte (!!),nur ein Sprung machen! Das reicht schon.Ich frage mich , wann da zum letzten Mal gereinigt wurde.

Wir haben immer gerne bei "Victor" in Hua hin gebucht .
Leider es ist damit endgültig vorbei.
Wir hatten letztes Jahr eine Babyschlange im Bad,da der Abflusskanal nicht richtig angeschlossen war.(ich fragte mich wo denn das Muttertier sei(....), darauf angesprochen, behauptete man, es könne sich nur um Würmer handeln. Na prost Nelke!! Dies soll nun appetitlicht sein?) Besteht doch einen gewaltiger Unterschied zwischen Wurm und Schlange ,schon in der Art der Bewegung )
Der Betrieb wird nun schon längere Zeit nicht mehr vom Vater des Namensgebers geleitet und ich muss leider konstatieren dass man GENAU dies merkt.
Es kann nur darauf hingewiesen werden. Es hat mit "Victor" nichts mehr zu tun.
Ah ja und der Swimmingpool wird "RENOVIERT ab 15.10.2019. Obwohl nötig und vorgeschrieben, steht nichts in den Buchungsseiten. Also Leute, freut euch: TROCKENÜBUNG!
