bad point : The pool is not very clean (also the taste of the water). All of the furniture are old and some are broken. The hot water doesn't work.
good point : full privacy level with serenity. Bed is good. Service is good.

This place is so old. It has been opened for 10 + years now. I think it was a good resort back then, but right now it is a neglected resort hidden in some far away place. The owner should renovate or do some refurbishing to the place.

However, staff has excellent service mind and very welcoming to guests. They took care of us well. And if you want some relaxing time, take a time at spa here, the room is open and next to grass field, very refreshing.

Very eastern styled, the villa was beautiful and luxurious, with our own pool and all we needed.

The two only negatives:
The general maintenance of the resort was in someway missing.

Secondly the room service took 30-45 minutes to deliver our desserts..
(That means something if you have been looking forward to it)

All in all very professional staff, and we felt very welcome :)

Private pool villa that you can enjoy your holiday. The decoration is nice with peaceful design. The pool is clean and big enough to enjoy. Some furnitures, doors, and windows need some maintemance. Breakfast buffet is quite limited choices comparing to the price.

I believe that this place was so good many years ago. Nowadays, they really need maintenance immediately. Furnitures, pool, shower and bathtub are not clean as we expected. An outdoor bathroom looks terrified at night. Staff was very nice and helpful. The overall was not so bad but it’s not worth my money.

Of course this place needs maintenance immediately, but we still had a wonderful stay in that wonderful place .

It's a really quiet and clean area , people complaining about leaves and animals , but hey - that's nature .

It was cheap and we had a great stay - thanks to the staff, the friendliest I've ever seen in Hua Hin.

So far - a nice place , we would come back .

The place is old everything is falling a part. The staffs are nice and polite. The worse thing was staff showing the map of the property with fitness, but there was not working at all. The main pool suppose to be great, but it fill with dirt and greens. Over all is ok to stay in your room.
