This is by far the best pork chop I have had. To start, it is not cooked in the traditional BBQ grill method. It is slow cooked sous vide at 60 degrees for I believe 12 hours. Then it is finished off pan fried which provides a delicious caramelized exterior.
The pork chop was firm but tender enough to cut with a fork. The best part was the flavor! Excellent quality pork prepared perfectly with a delicious salad, crispy potatoes and onion rings.
Service is friendly and efficient. Congrats to Khun Jana and her talented culinary and service team! We will definitely be back.
